So just got off the phone with jeep and Dealer, they have discontinued the XR package due to the fact they dont have the parts. what does this do to my order ? they said when the parts come back in it should get built. this is not really a positive message. but the fact that jeep cant even find me in the system blows me away. if anyone knows of a 23 XR for sale let me know. lol

i have it all. we are heading to SEMA and i am hoping someone is there to talk to. you never know who you will run into.

They weren't able to find my order either. Same situation, despite me having a VON (vehicle order number) and a VIN (doesn't show up on the order tracking website, got it from my sales dude).

I was able to confirm that my order is in 'D' status, but no reason codes attached to the order, so no clue why it's been hung up for so long.

I'm going to DM you with some additional information.

Has anyone heard what part(s) are unavailable that are causing XR to be unorderable? I opted for a non-XR just to get an order in, but if it was something like the hinge gate reinforcement, I wish it would have been possible to get the gears. Or maybe it was the silly little fender flaps. That would really be frustrating.

We got are one 23 xr order in about 5 weeks ago.Have a 22xr.So if other one doesn’t come in as a xr.Not worried about it.Cause market is crap right now on used.Are June 10th stingray order with about every option we got.And are June 6th firecracker red is dead in the water

My patience is weaning/excitment is growing! Dealer emailed me and he was showing that it is waiting for final inspection over 10 days ago. Hmmmmm....not a peep since then.

All indications are the build will officially start next week and I probably missed it but is it possible to track the codes during the build without using the dealership?

vin showed up 8/26 and went to D Status
10/22 D1 & estimated ship date 11/9

Not holding my breath. Ive been down this road before. Crossing my fingers though.

So i was playing around on Instagram and saw a Jeep add, well being a bit pissed i made a comment, not a bad one just that maybe they should stop pushing things they have not been able to deliver on. well they DM me and ask what the issue is. so i tell them. they ask for my VON and name.. so a few days go by and today i get this message.

THANKS FOR PROVIDING ALL THE INFO, WE APOLOGIZE FOR NOT FINDNG THE CASE NUMBER IT WAS UNDER A DIFFERENT OWNERS NAME. THAT SAID THE CASE IS CLOSED, FOLLOW UP WITH YOUR DIRECTED TRACKING BUILD ON THE WEBSITE.

so i sent back a questions, ok great does that mean you made the change to put it back in my name or did you leave it in there name.. No response yet. i am not sure if they realize the tracking really sucks in my opinion.
