That raises an interesting question for me. Does the "price protection" only apply to MSRP orders? think I know the answer, but it's probably dealer-by-dealer situation. My first one was ordered at MSRP with a final price on the order sheet that I signed, but my second one was ordered at 10% below MSRP. The second order sheet also shows the current MSRP and 10% off, but I assume that if MSRP goes up (which it has), my final price will be 10% off of that final MSRP for the 2022 that I ordered. That just closes the gap a little between the two that I ordered, but the second one will still be cheaper. The big questions should be: how much would this 2023 cost and if you ordered your original 2022 BEFORE January 17th, 2022 will you be priced protected from the $3000 price increase? If they say, it will be a 2023 and it DOES cost more (which likely will be normal 2-3% increase) was that discussed?
Does anyone know if that "price protection" has any official language as to which "price" is actually protected?
