Order status and Jeep chat

How accurate is Jeep chat when it comes to the final stage of delivery? AFAIK my 392 is 50 miles away from the dealer, waiting for a truck for over a week. In theory it supposed to be delivered this week but according to Jeep chat it has been pushed by another 10 days. I’m trying to be patient but dealer is kinda ghosting me today and I’m getting a bit nervous.
I've been at this stage for weeks.........

Might need to hit up the Jeep Chat peeps again. Just rolled past 20 weeks and still at D with nary a peep. Wondering just what on this relatively green Earth is going on over there in Toledo and what is just so up with my dealership / build to have so many similar or more stacked builds passing me by... Yukon, I have no idea how you did this for so long!

Is your dealer communicating with you? Did the put the order in when they claimed they did?

D I believe.
D Gathering parts. They are gathering parts to build the tractor that they use to break ground to plant the trees. After the trees grow and die, they leave them on the ground to rot. Shortly thereafter, they become fossil fuel like oil and coal. They then mine the coal and oil The coal will be used to smelt the iron ore to then build the jeep. D1 phase is when they have identified the coal deposits prior to mining them.

Shouldn't be long now...........

I know it can feel like forever, but it is worth it in a big way when it finally gets here.

My dealer said they were attempting to send their drivers to the rail yard to pick up my 392 since they were tired of waiting too. It’s an hour away and has been sitting there for almost two weeks.

Ordered mine 11/01/2021 and didn't follow the status closely but picked it up at the dealership today. It went from no status updates to 'in the body shop' and 2 weeks later 'in transit'. Just over a week in transit before it was at the dealership.
You'll have it soon!

Mine’s been sitting like that for three weeks, eventually the dealer send the driver and I took the delivery with 80 miles on my Jeep. Not ideal but that was the best bet I guess. I’m super happy with my 392 :)

Still no build start date… but as of Friday, instead of the usual “Gathering Parts” line from Jeep Chat, I got “ I am showing your vehicle has been scheduled for production. The vehicle should be entering the build process shortly.“

That’s the best I’ve received yet! Hope is alive!

Nice @shojeep ! Hopefully they don’t use the same rail system Spartan is still waiting on!
Another member ordered from the same dealer and salesman as I did, and his Jeep (392) got to the dealer 10 days after he received his window sticker.

I'm finally showing a change on cryptostickers. Shows build but no sticker yet.

Great news! Normally it takes couple weeks then your rig is ready for shipping!

I appreciate the updates from everyone here waiting on their build. I just ordered 3/10/2022, no VIN yet, so I know I am in for a long haul. Misery loves company.
