Will the weight of the tablet back the grab handler screw out?

I use that mounting point as well for a jeepuniq that I put my extra handheld and MXT575 microphone and with a 7mm arm it has, on occasion, backed out. Each time I feel like I've tightened it just a bit more. I actually contacted BP and they couldnt provide any torque specs or guidance on the matter. Once the ball no longer backs out offroad I'll test it with my beam wrench and repost what torque setting is working for me and then maybe others can avoid a similar experience.

I “installed” my Midland MXT 275 GMRS. It’s just wedged between console and dash with power from cigar lighter but it’s in there. I used the included tiny magnetic antenna. It works well enough for me.

Switched out the chrome lug nuts for all black. Love the look. Also added my black on black topography fender decals I have had for while. Finally was a warm enough day to apply them.

Installed an ARB twin with the American Adventure Labs underseat mounting bracket and drivers side connection kit. And then got it washed to get the Mammoth salt off the undercarriage.

I also have the latches and love them. They are very subtle and look mainly OEM. Install was very easy with some adjustments and the locks work great. Hope that helps!

That is fantastic! How did the install go? Any challenges, or was it pretty straightforward? Also, how long did the textured black powder coat take?

I also have the AAL undersea mount. Pretty straightforward install. Not hard but biggest thing is figuring out how you are running power to it. That dual needs a lot of amps.

I changed my AAL high line fender lights and brackets to Quake. I love AAL products but the lights were starting to yellow even tho my Jeep lives in the garage and not daily driven. I bought the RBG lights because I was wanting to run my DRLs amber color. Quakes customer service was fantastic helping me out. A couple of wires need to be depinned in the harness on both sides to disable the DRLs from coming on during the the day and at night when the head lights are turned on. The amber looks good at night and even in low light but unfortunately not really bright enough to run as DRLs during the day. I’ll probably re pin the daytime white DRL and leave the amber at night for now.
I also finished up a complete overhaul of the sound system… JL Audio C3s front dash and knee panels. JLAudio M6s on roll bar with LEDs. 2 JLAudio stealth sub box’s in cargo. JLAudio VXi 1000w 5 channel amp. I also used their fuse and amp brackets. Very clean install. Will have to cut the fuse bracket some, the hydro glide is slightly hitting it. The Jeep hits like high school now.

Your jeep looks great! I did the same thing on my last JL. I had 3 separate sets of AAL lights yellowed and failed (from moisture) on me so I went to Quakes. They're overpriced in my opinion but both the quality and customer service are much higher.

I noticed you don't drill a small hole to the side of fender for screwing the light to fender. How did you secure that?

3m double sided automotive tape on the the tab. Alcohol both surfaces. Just have to fold it on itself a couple of times. Holds just like a bolt.
