I like it and I have been looking at a few AAL products lately. I already have the Outback Adventures table and like that also so I wont be changing anything.

Installed a 2” AEV spacer lift. View attachment 6459

Quick questions:
- did you remove the wheels for installation?
- did you torque the control arm bolts to their specs?
- does the kit come with that OBD2 wiring/plug to calibrate with larger tire?

I looked at the AEV 2” spacer lift earlier but haven’t decided if this is all I need to go up to 37”.

Swapped out the stock fuel door and lug nuts for a locking door and black lugs.

I like the black lugs. My plan is to add black external accents to sting gray (and sting interior accents), so I may do this.

Finished up some bigger mods today. Install list includes:

• Warn Zeon Platinum 12-S Winch
• Warn Power Interrupter (to wire winch to Auxiliary Switch 4 so it's not always direct to battery)
• Warn Epic Fairlead (Gunmetal)
• Warn Winch Plate
• Maximus-3 Trim Plates
• Factor55 Ultrahook (Gray) with Optional Rope Cover
• BajaDesigns LP4 Light Pair (wired to relay and Auxiliary Switch 3)
• BajaDesigns LP4 Rock Guards (Clear)
• Petty's Garage (UPR) Oil Catch Can
• Ran a SAE ported power line from battery to hidden area behind front bumper on driver's side for quick connect to a battery maintainer without having to open hood
• Had a Ravelco Kill Switch installed a few days back but hadn't posted pic of install location yet, so adding that in here too. . .

Just need to aim the lights and do a proper pretensioning on the winch line in the next couple days to finish it all out.

Yeah, to say that real estate under the hood is at a premium in the 392 is understatement. I was able to get it in on a bracket in between the battery and the body side. It just clears. I wired it to the Aux 4 wire from the wire bundle that runs right there by the battery.

I couldn’t find a license plate mount that I liked so I spent a few hours building my own. I built one for my JK that is on a hinge and the plate just flips up out of the way but I wanted a cleaner look on the 392. I used a Poison Spyder fairlead because it has a slim profile and a flat surface to work with. All it takes to remove the plate is pulling two quick pins, no tools. I’m looking for different pins and will paint them black to blend in a bit more. I also removed the hook and thimble from the synthetic rope and tied a new locking brummel with the warn pull tab in the loop. Now I can push the rope completely in the bumper and still be able to easily pull it back out and it doesn’t interfere with my license plate. I also got the basic tools and tool wrap finally all together that will now permanently stay in the Jeep.

Do you have any metal in the loop? Sounds like just the pull tab. I wonder how that will hold up.

I have just a rope loop and soft shackles on my JK, so far no problems. I carry a fid so even if I do break the loop I can tie a new one in just a few minutes. So no steel on my winch lines.
