🛠️ What did you do to your Jeep 392 today?

They also sell color matched keyhole covers if you want to go all in.
I have too much from them already…hood cowl, all my badges are custom from them, custom TRX badges, a custom grill…thinking about the dash

Finally made some time to make a fridge shelf and do a seat delete. ive been wanting to do this for like 3 xterras and a toy crawler ago 🤣

Bought a soft top two weeks ago to see if I'd like it for a quicker "topless" summer option. PLUS, to see how a "black top" looked with the half-door uppers. Just put the half-doors on yesterday. Overall, I like it. A little noisier, but not terrible. Going to the Jeep Jamboree in Ouray this September and running the trails with the half-doors and top open would be fun, I think. If the weather holds. Anyone ever tried tinting the front clear plastic windows on the premium uppers?

Nice

I have ask several different tint shops and they all said it will not work. It may be possible but I’ve not found anyone to try. I thought about the possibility of using spray lens tint but I’m too chicken to try lol

In the garage last night, saw a roll of electrical tape and thought, "what if I black out that little section between the windows".

and Daddy is too, now by happenstance [dealer was clueless] he found the screen that led him to the GPS tracker - so they truly lowered the price point on the same rig, except for black unpainted fenders, and AEV painted them for $2500.

That's nice. My wife wanted to do something like that but since we wheel a lot, I like everything contained under a cargo shelf in case of a flip.

I talked her into a Goose Gear platform and AAL shelf similar to my setup.

She should get the GG in a few days.

Yeah i tied it into the floor where the seat gets bolted in so it will hopefully prevent any major issues if a flop occurs

Warranty work on the door seals did nothing for the water leak I have. After recording the water coming in while driving, I'm convinced it's actually the freedom panel seal. Taking the Jeep back to the dealership Monday. Will show them these videos. Notice the water coming in from the top right as I come to a stop. Happens on driver side too. Two different clips of it.

Blows me away Earl. I try not to be surprised anymore at the incompetence in the world, but my god man, it's infuriating.
I just added a second video clip of the water leak coming in as I make a right turn. You'd think they would've tested this...

Yep sure would

It’s 3.5” in the rear and 4.5” coil springs up front.
I did the opposite 3 1/2 up front and changed to 4 1/2 in the rear plus two 1/8 level washers on the right rear to level out that Jlu lean . I suspect due to the fuel tank. It sits level side to side and just a nice rake back to front. I carry tools fluids refrigerator, Jackery with the 3 1/2 springs in the rear and all my stuff it was just sitting about level front to back
