🛠️ What did you do to your Jeep 392 today?

Nice G600’s !
Haha. Same to you.

I feel like we may be on a similar path but I’m a ways behind you. Thought I would leave her stock. Then 2.5 lift and 37s. Then 3.5 and 40s.

Wish Innov8 offered 3.5 backspacing. I’m debating adding spacer back in so I don’t have to limit turning radius as much. We’ll see if my shop can align so the lower control arm isn’t as much of an issue.

Now it’s a matter of time and breakage before tons and Evo coilovers. She drives very nice right now. But I don’t see a lot of street driving 1-2 years down the road.

I have 40s on my 392 and have no tire rub on lower control arms steering lock to steering lock. The secret to me was using Metalcloak geometry correction brackets in front. They move the control arms down on the frame end, but they also move them inboard. I had tire rub on the lower control arms when I initially installed the 40s. But when I added the geometry correction brackets, no more tire rub. It beats losing turning radius. I am running 17x9 Method wheels that have a -12 offset, with 40x13.50 tires.

It looks great! Yeah it’s been a path I didn’t anticipate at first for sure lol. What lift are you running now?

I wish innov8 did too. I’m running a 2” bora spacer. I know it’s heavily debated (which i don’t want to do again lol) but from all of the jeep events I’ve been too and industry experts I’ve spoken with and seen their rigs most of them run spacers even with tons. The most important thing is the quality of the spacer.

I’m getting ready to pull the trigger on RCVs F&R for some added security before we go to Windrock during Jeep invasion in August. Tons are probably next year and are probably overkill for the wheeling I do but want the peace of mind to hit the harder stuff when it’s available.

My Moab showed up 2 weeks ago. Still on the first tank of gas. But in the mean time…..
Artec full skids, trusses, and spare tire delete.
RockKrawler 3 1/2 lift with shocks and steering.
Rockslider power steps
TaZer mini and No limits
Full PSC steering
Badlands winch
KMC Machete wheels with 40” BFG KM3’s
Next venture motor sports rear bumper. Full fenders and inner fenders should be here tomorrow.
Mopar bull bar with light
ARB twin compressor. Waiting for the Kraken to get here
Tinted windows

Trying to get to EJS!
I'll be at EJS. We are leaving our new Moab at home; we will be in my 392 which is a 2022. If you see my Jeep running around say hi.

I am running the Clayton 3.5 Overland long arm kit with Fox 2.5 DSCs.

I need to look into the geometry correction brackets.

Scheduled a dealership visit for the water leak coming in both front driver and passenger doors. Has leaked since day 1 in any kind of rain if forward momentum sends water forward. And it's a stream of water coming in onto your shoulder, both driver and passenger.

Let us know what fix is
Thanks

We said good bye to our beloved 2024 AEV392 - definitely an improvement over our 2023 AEV 392 - and started to load up the 2026 AEV 392.

The boys got comfie on just bits of our gear, rear seats removed as usual for 5 Labs.

First easy drive to a jump off, we discovered how they lowered the price, which of course couldn't be done without cutting the benefits.

1- we already had paid AEV to body colour the fenders.
2- now there's no route tracker and map function in the OFF ROAD screen - gone which I used every day, as we're in the back country. This was a highly complex piece of very useful software.

So, these 2 items I'm guessing lowered their costs $13K which lowered the retail $20K

I hope one of you tells me I'm wrong the route tracker is still there, but my normally excellent dealer Pischke has not responded which means no. EDIT: I just heard from Rahn Pischke the owner- he's checking to see if they can add this function for me......

I'm debating if this is enough to take my 2024 back. It only had 10,606 miles on it but 90% off road so roughed up a bit.

Winston, not sure if you tried anything like this, but I had the same exact issue when I took delivery. Pulled the tops and treated ALL weather strips. I retreat every few months. Haven’t had an issue since!

Jeep will remove the Adventure Guides app in Feb 2026

Looks like you just use TrailsOffroad in CarPlay.

Today I got around to removing the tailgate compressor and tire carrier. Getting ready for the Teraflex carrier/spare tire delete.

Dropped the Jeep off at the stupid place on Tuesday. Got a notification today that they need a few more days because there's a lot of vehicles to get through...why in the blue f*** have me drop the vehicle off then? I drop the vehicle off for the day work is available, not for you to fill your f*****g work queue.

I've checked a couple of times the location of where it's at, just to see what shenanigans might be going on.
