šŸ› ļø What did you do to your Jeep 392 today?

I donā€™t really subscribe to this but warn Manual says replace winch line every year. I say inspect it and go from there. I keep mine out of UV as much as possible. I donā€™t think bleeping Jeep replaces thereā€™s every year they use thereā€™s often
Good call, thatā€™s on the list once itā€™s installed. Deciding if I should replace with the same line or go with a badlands for half the price.

Added the Redline Tuning QuickLIFT Elite. I have no idea why I waited so long to pull this trigger; well worth it.

Just a couple of many changes forthcoming; just waiting on the shop time šŸ»

I got these backing plates after removing my bumper extensions. They are a very good quality part and the price is more than reasonable. I have attached pics of mine. I did not like the rubber strips supplied in the kit, so I took some self adhesive backed 1/4" neoprene strips and tried to make a gasket that would seal the gaps. My finished product isn't very good looking and I am thinking about trying again...lol. Be aware the plates are flat and not "form fitting". there are significant gaps between them and the bumper as shown in my pics, but they are more than adequate to cover up the wiring etc. Comments?

Had to decide between a $700 spare wheel and tire (which would never be used for more than a rotational spare) and $170 spare tire delete. See choice below.........

After looking at at least a dozen brands... I decided on the DV8 model. It's not intended to fit with the factory tailgate reinforcement, but worked around that as i like the reinforcement looks and didn't want to give it up. Unfortunately there is no delete kit that will work with the factory onboard air compressor.....so that got deleted. (no haters please). I talked to DV8 about something that would work and they didn't even know there was a factory air compressor option. had to send them a pic of it. another headache was the later rear factory cameras are different than early models. had to do some improvising (grinding) to make that work. It doesn't some with the nylon plastic plate mounts. I had to make those fit (more grinding). But after all the reworking......I love the look.......comments?

Well that gives you a great and clean spot to mount a roto pac fuel container .

I had my eye on the MagnaFlow Street Series for many reasons but was on the fence whether to order it. Then comes @Focker with a heads up that www.hottexhaust.com offers 20% off and free shipping ($3048.00 delivered). So I blame him! lol My impression of it is...

Sounds great!!! It has a deeper note and throttle response seems to be improved as well. In-cabin sound level is less in both modes as is MDS. The build quality is very good. I installed it myself which had its challenges at times. So, my tip is do yourself a favor and have a friend help which is guaranteed to eliminate any foul language coming from the garage. lol I'm very happy with the quality, fit/finish, its looks and it sounds very very good! How do you like your MC rear bumper?

I really like it. It's far stronger than stock as you can imagine. I chose the full width version which offers more corner protection and a place to step than the narrow the version.
