šŸ› ļø What did you do to your Jeep 392 today?

I've been busy with the inside of my JL this last week.

Installed a CB and GMRS radio on the EPIC CROW molle panel

Installed a Hooke Road molle panel in back

And finally, installed a Wolfbox rear view mirror that lets me see past the 40" spare tire. I still have the stock rearview mirror if needed to keep track of hooligans in the rear seat.

Camera mount for Wolfbox mirror
View attachment 45432
3TV, I have not seen a digital rearview mirror mounted on the dash. Seems like a pretty good idea if you want to retain the stock mirror. How did you mount the wolf box to the dash, and what camera mount did you use on the spare tire?

I chose the dash mount because the Wolfbox mirror is wider than stock, and it gets in the way of the sun visor every time you need to use the sun visor.

To install a ball mount on the dash I used Bulletpoint designs system.

To install a ball mount on the back of the Wolfbox mirror I used 67 designs system.

For the backup camera mount I used a simple bracket that goes behind the spare tire.

Thanks. Looks like the dash mount is different on a '24 though. I'll have to look into a 67 Designs rail mount.
Is it weird looking to that location for the rear veiw?

It took about two days to get used to it. Now I am seriously considering removing the OEM mirror because I never use it and can't see anything behind the Jeep with it anyway.

Good to know before investing in the setup. Thanks.

Yes, he has the best price and a great product.
I got these backing plates after removing my bumper extensions. They are a very good quality part and the price is more than reasonable. I have attached pics of mine. I did not like the rubber strips supplied in the kit, so I took some self adhesive backed 1/4" neoprene strips and tried to make a gasket that would seal the gaps. My finished product isn't very good looking and I am thinking about trying again...lol. Be aware the plates are flat and not "form fitting". there are significant gaps between them and the bumper as shown in my pics, but they are more than adequate to cover up the wiring etc. Comments?

I bought those exact same plates and while they fit well, their rubber trim was useless. I bought U-channel rubber off of Amazon.

Installed some front mud flaps, 67 design phone holder and Gama storage bags. The bags are a TIGHT fit for the SOT. The mud flaps where a bit of a pain to install as well since I have the FE rock rails that extend. Ended up using just the two main clips. Seems to be very solid. No pictures of the phone holder, but its top quality. Don't get the cheap chinese version (bullet point).

Those mud flaps are good quality mud flaps. They work well on the street, and they have thumb screws that hold them on so they can be quickly removed for off-road use. And if you forget to take them off at the start of a serious trail they get removed even quicker the first time you drop off a big rock or ledge. I forgot to remove mine at the start of the Rubicon and one was removed by the trail within 1/4 mile. :)

Picked up a used Warn Zeon, cleaned it up and added the Underground Graphics 392 logo.View attachment 45760
I donā€™t really subscribe to this but warn Manual says replace winch line every year. I say inspect it and go from there. I keep mine out of UV as much as possible. I donā€™t think bleeping Jeep replaces thereā€™s every year they use thereā€™s often
