Hi, saw your post and was wondering what specific items i need to install armor lite flooring? Do i need to remove the seats and carpet?

I believe if you are not doing the additional sound deadening then you can technically do it without removing the seats from the cabin. You still need to remove the bolts holding the seats regardless so even if I wasn't doing sound deadening I'd remove them as it makes working with the stiffer Armorlite flooring more manageable-IMO.

I did this on both my Gladiator and Wrangler and removed the seats and all carpeting as I was also installing the sound deadening as well.

Tip-
If you decide to do the sound deadening - I'll share one tip I learned. The Armorlite flooring doesn't cover all the same areas the carpeting did so you can see the floor underneath in some spots(seatbelts, set bolts, etc...). The killmat I use was silver and shiny and is visible in those areas so my tip would be to plan ahead and not put material there or use a color that matches your armorlite decently.
