Pretty straight forward. I cut down the leads to the light and I used vampire prongs to get power from the 12vdc socket. The yellow wire is to the dome light so the light bar turns on when doors are opened. The supplied switch has a led halo light around it so Fuse 45 is jumpered to only be powered when in acc/start.

Spent most of today on Yankee Boy. Empty trail so we owned it. Great time again.
There was a search and rescue team getting a hiker that fell.

Had tome to do a 5 tire rotation and then changed the oil. I use a Canam flexible funnel to sit in the hole of the MORE skid. With the Fumoto valve open, all oil went straight into pan.

While waiting in some parts for the fenders, I mounted up the BD fog lights. So simple!

The BD lights - considering these same ones. Being new to this, what difference do the Amber over the white provide? Brighter than stock? Happy them?

Yes, very happy with the amber lights. Better visibility in snow and fog....Michigan weather.

Had time to drain diff oil, front and rear. Looked good. Had about 14k on that diff oil, 3rd change. Was darkish but clean.

I knew my Warn VR EVO 10 S winch remote quite working wirelessly, works when wired. I didn't know there was a recall and mine is one of the bad ones. Hope to get a new one via Warn. I had to cut the battery pack leads and take a picture as proof. Plus fill out online form.

Hate that for sure... with something as potentially critical as a winch, my philosophy was to always dispense with the tech and go direct link/hard wire.

So I changed the tcase oil in September saved the oil to see what settles out. This is tcase oil residual with around 18,000 miles from the factory, topped off when new. The oil smelled okay.

I'm guessing clutch wear?

Yep my thought as well . I keep my hardwired controller coiled up and Velcroed to my CB bar over my head easy to get to

I wired Aux 4 to winch solenoid. Winch is only powered when in use. I never used the wireless side of the remote. But I figured I'd get a new controller!

Ted, have you noticed any rubbing after relocating the SS? I’m running the Fox ATS JK version because it comes with the tie rod clamp and track bar axle bolt. I’ve noticed the SS shock body edge contacting the tie rod at full wheel lock to passenger side. Ive rotated the SS a few times, can’t clear tie rod. Will get a bracket to move it a bit higher.

Just wondering if you had the same issue.
