Liners are installed without fender chop. Tires will determine that.

I removed Jeeps tailgate hinges and found pretty good paint chaffing (actually metal grinding) on the upper hinge. A bolt was just barely loose on the reinforcement near that wear mark. Grrr. Acid etch primer and thrn paint.

How bad was it to get the screws loose? They are lock tighted in there pretty good from what I hear. Did you end up losing the paint on the screw heads where the bit goes in? I ask because I remember removing a roof rack from a 4runner and it was a bear to do.

There did not seem to be any loctite on any of the threads! They came out relatively easy. No paint loss on bolt heads.

Wow! That seems counter intuitive. When you look at videos of people replacing their corroded hinges on the main doors, you see all sorts of flak about fighting with those fasteners to get them out. Thanks for replying!

Waiting for correct paint to arrive for tailgate.

So I installed the mc rear bumper reinforcement brackets. Pretty easy. Much stronger.
Need to 3d print a shield for these to protect the wiring on drivers side.

Sure, I'll see what I can do. Home depot brackets and hardware.
I'd rather design one and get them fabbed up. Electrical by others...

Tight fit in front of that ps pump, plus aal bracket.

First, I'll scour the inter-web fir an existing one. Just needs to be a flat sheet with a bend to go under the AAL liners. This would work:

Heatable, moldable, paintable.

Pre-assembled the drag link and tie rod from Steersmarts/Yeti. I may have a front-end shop do this once tires are on and then have them align it.

Had time to fit the 8x12 dirt deflectors behind the rear tires. Heat, bend, cut to fit, drill and mount. Also installed rubber trim edge on it.

I have almost all the parts for you for the fan bracket. Just need to get a 5" L bracket. Next I cam send if you still require it

Mounted the teraflex tailgate reinforcement and spare tire carrier.
Then mounted the 38's. Friggin awesome! Wheel wells are now filled with proper size tires (for me)!

Psi at 28.

Need to change tire diameter next and install .5" rear spacers.

I finished the power steering cooling fan wiring. It's on Aux3.
Installed dynamat behind woofer on fender wall.

Now to on board air...

Sorry for the confusing message on my part. I was replying to that thread of yours. Where are you? Made a bracket to hold the spal fan for cooling the power steering pump. I thought you said you were thinking of trying to design one for that purpose. If you ever dig into that project again, I definitely would like to have a bracket for that project.
