Not gonna be easy to get them to buy it back, im
2 months past my states lemon law , there is a federal lemon law of four years , but so far for Lawyer we have contacted want to do a cash and keep , which would be from two to $20,000 , but then I’m stuck with a vehicle if they can’t fix it that I cannot trade in or probably sell

Seems you have been fighting the problem for much long then 2 months, your state complaint should be grandfathered because you had it in for service on this issue and inside of the period where the state lemon law was active. It's not your fault it took Jeep so long to get parts and get around to change them.

For what its worth you don't want to take the cash just because you may or may not end up with a branded title and yes your right it would be hell trying to sell it down the road and who knows what else will fail next. These are all issues for the lawyer and the reason we pay them so much.

At this point there is no way Jeep can argue the fact you have a lemon and it can't be fixed, something very wrong happened during the manufacturing process and/or you have the perfect storm of parts that just don't want to work together. Either way keep us all posted, I do wish there was a way the moderators could highlight or keep this thread at the top of the list. Perhaps sticky it.

Other potential buyers need to see how Jeep is handling this issue and what ever the final outcome might be!

i bought it in june of 2025 the problems started in august of this year ,its one year in mass,but the is a fed lemon of 4 years ,its a little bit differ
