after you unmarried did you do 2 sleep cycles? Also it sounds like the Tazer might not be fully seated or if you took it out the swg cables aren’t fully seated

So they put it on a computer and there’s an open circuit. It’s not the seats. It’s not the cameras. It’s something behind the dash either the actual control for it or an actual open wire as in cut or loose connector nevertheless, they gotta take the whole dash apart.

They replace the radio and stuff behind it , heated seats and cameras still don’t work , now they r saying heated seat module and camera module , still at the dealer , it’s Turing into a shit show , I’m getting rid of this jeep asap

I'm sorry man. I get irritated/defeated just reading that.

2000 miles steady having issues
What year is your 392? I know problems like this are so upsetting and rightfully so, if your otherwise happy with your Jeep if you should consider hanging in their and letting it play out. We all cringe when we think about the dealership tech's disassembling critical systems in our Jeeps, but for what it's worth dash and wiring is no where in the same league as them screwing with the engine, transmission and transfer case.

If you don't feel comfortable with it then bail and honestly I could not blame you especially if you at the end of warranty.

I had a 2025 Colorado Z71 which was total POS, electrical issues, 3 batteries, blank instrumentation, rough shifts, overheated when towing 1/2 rated capacity. Bricked ECM from over the air updates. Camera's didn't work half the time 6 trips to the dealership in the first 6 months and it sounded like a sewing machine.

No doubt it was a mistake from the start and the reasons I will never own a new GM product again, but I did give them a chance to sort the problems. They did buy it back but I still lost a chunk of change.

Stay strong if you can, all auto manufactures have seem to have lost their way when it comes to quality. In 2026 this just seems to be par for the course when it comes to vehicles.\

I added this comment later: personally I think the BCM is bad or has a possible connector/power issue. Replacing it will require removal, reprogramming a new unit and re-installing which considering the cost might be why they haven't already replaced it.

It’s a 2025 ,they r parts changers , I will be on the 3rd module after today . Screen and its module , heated seat module , and camera processing module. Not one thing is fixed since I dropped it off 10 days ago.

You still have not mentioned the BCM? Its the vehicle traffic cop and the key to everything electronic on the Wrangler!

And unfortunately your absolutely right, dealership tech's are exactly that parts changers! They just don't have the electrical expertise and the factory does little to train them. I remember in my early years as a Chevrolet tech, I spent a number of weeks a year in GM schools learning the systems and how to use their support systems and specialized tools.

Times of changed, its not simply unbolt a mechanical piece of hardware and change the worn out or defective part. Electronics and computers are everywhere and one of the reasons older vehicles will be on the road after all of their electronic counterparts newer vehicles have gone the way of the dodo.

Picture your Jeep 10 years down the road and think, will all these electronic parts still be available, somehow I doubt it. It probably won't matter though by then every one will have an autonomous vehicle that drives itself and the government will then outlaw human controlled vehicles classifying them as safety hazards. California will lead the way! haha

I do hope they can sort out your problem, if you do have to bail, plan on taking a bath of your money recovery. This last month there was a Nissan dealership in Albuquerque with a 24 392 FE on the lot with 5k on it, perfect and it sold for 68K, all I can say is ouch (for all of us) Fingers crossed for you!

I don't know about your state but perhaps the lemon law will apply, if possible contact Jeep cares to see if they can help. I am really surprised they dismissed the BCM so easily.

For what its worth document everything that has been said and done and pass this onto Jeep cares, also explain your frustration and indicate your plans to litigate this issue if necessary. Looks like it might be time to take off the gloves. This is what I did with my 25 GM and then they stepped up and bought it back.

They installed the heat seat module , and camera module , getting other errors , now they thing the radio is bad again . I mentioned the bcm again , tbey dismissed it again .

Hm, I wonder of Tazer combined with your infotainment reset has jacked it all up.

ZAutomotive position on Tazer use on 24/25 MY is don't use any function that has to do with Connect system. They keep saying they are working on a solution but in all honesty I don't think they have a clue what is causing the problem is I don't think we will every see a solution.

They have said using those features will definitely not work properly and my guess doing so might just screw it up if you have enabled those features, (ie nav in motion and turn signal options)

I am sure you removed the Tazer before your visit to the dealership by un-marrying it and going thru 2 sleep cycles, and adding a battery cable disconnect for at least 30 minutes then performing a hard reset on the connect should have cleared it out. This will allowed all systems to boot back to their factory configurations. This is kinda using a sledge hammer to drive a nail but you need to make absolutely sure all remnants of tazer code is out of your Wrangler.

For what its worth, if you do get everything squared away I would run without the Tazer for at least 30 days to confirm that everything is working as it should. Keep us all updated!

Know, I understand you had a conversation with your Advisor Mike Pepper that you are interested in pursuing Lemon Law. If this is the case, you will want to contact Customer CAIRS at Stellantis to start a case at 1-800-992-1997 or you can also contact an attorney for guidance. Lemon law is not handled at the dealership level. This is handled by Stellantis directly.

I'm not sure what the Low Voltage Differential Signal (LVDS) connection is. Sounds like it might be the CAN Buss connector, but it's not a recognized nomenclature on the Mopar parts site.

What I've seen is many posts on this and other forums about spurious unrelated driver display warnings popping up either intermittently or constantly, where the CAN Buss connector behind the glove box was changed and it resolved the issues. This includes my brother's recently purchased 2019 Wrangler when it had the radiator fan, A/C, and other systems quit, various annunciations, etc. My brother was sorta half pissed, half ' I told you so' (about all the electronics, since he's super old school), I told him it's likely a central fault in the CAN Buss, and the "green/Star/CAN Buss connector" has gotten a lot of traffic on Mopar products. He pissed and moaned a week or so, and I just ordered a CAN Buss connector and gave it to him. He was so dejected that he didn't change it for a couple weeks, until I kept prodding him. Once it was changed, magically, everything was fine.
