You do realize that Jeep requires oil changes at 6 months or 6,000 miles for the 392 to keep warranty in effect?I change oil annually. When I do, I also change fob batteries, wipers, that sort of thing.

Sentry turretYou all talk about having guns to protect your 392 but what about when its un-attended or your away from it? I use an Apple Airtag, concealed in a remote place on the jeep. Whenever it leaves the area of my phone, it alerts me. Very in expensive in my opinion and not having to deal with a CLUB, which would of been my second choice.

I have Ikon. Came with the Jeep. You all talk about having guns to protect your 392 but what about when its un-attended or your away from it? Android has its version of an "air tag". I've found them on Amazon. Can't say I've tried it but they have good reviews.I'll look at the Apple Airtag But it sounds like you need an Apple phone to use the Apple product, instead of Android.
I've been looking into these systems since this thread started. I am probably missing something, but it looks like IGLA would be the best system to actually prevent your vehicle from being stolen. Many of the others like Compustar and Viper sound like fancy remotes that let you start your vehicle from up to 3 miles away, and also notify you when it has been stolen. I don't want notified after it is stolen, I want to prevent it from being stolen.
Any word from the shop? Did they get it running?
I went with terra flex. But what is the recall? They said all that needs to be done is both the keys need to be reprogrammed since they were erased from the Jeep memory or setting and then the horn was cut off so they have to fix the horn. They are checking everything else but hopefully that's about it. Aside from that, there's a spare tire recall on the Jeeps so they're going to take care of that.
That's great news. Glad to hear everything is fixable! Look at the Tile. I use them on all kinds of items. They have a anti-theft option to keep them silent. I use an iPhone but I really like the Tiles.I'll look at the Apple Airtag But it sounds like you need an Apple phone to use the Apple product, instead of Android.

I like this, but unfortunately for us, the attack method is not always the OBD port. It's often the star connector behind the glove box.Detective recommended this: https://vargasturbo.com/product/vtt...g-tool/?attribute_obd-lock-version=GM+Version
Not trying to hijack the thread, but what is the recall on the spare and jack kit?@Earl 392 @BadPrincess_392
The recall is related to the spare and the jack kit. My 2024 Rubicon 392 is involved in this recall.

Glad you got the Jeep back. O|||||||O
I received a notice for my '24 which said it was for the jack lift base which had not been included. I have yet to stop by the dealership to pick up. My understanding the lift base was not needed/included with non-XR models. Not trying to hijack the thread, but what is the recall on the spare and jack kit?

Lol...I discussed this with my SA and he looked it up and ordered the base. It's been like 5 months and I still don't have it but I don't use the stock jack anyways. I just figure the base is mine so I want it.I received a notice for my '24 which said it was for the jack lift base which had not been included. I have yet to stop by the dealership to pick up.
