Order status and Jeep chat

S&S392 mine went into KZ status and 3 days later showed shipped status. Very fast at the moment.
Probably because most of the dealer lots I see are so full there is no room for anymore shipments unless personal orders?

Mine was built June 8 and shipped June 11 then spent a month on a train.

how long was the train trip and then how long from there to dealership. ours have been on train for 10 days

What dealer did you use? I’m also in Vegas and Chapman Dodge tells me they have no more allocations for building.

I placed an order with Jeep.com and paid the $100 on 1/2. Received the 14 digit Order ID and the 14 digit Transaction ID. Got the follow up email the same day from the local dealer. Nothing since. Both Jeep.com and the dealership can’t find anything with either 14 digit number. Best I can tell, my “order” hasn’t even been approved even though Jeep took my $100. This sound familiar to anyone? Any advice? Dealership is telling me that all allocation builds are gone and everyone is waiting for more to open up for new builds?

I’ve never heard of anyone doing that. Everybody has to go through a dealer as far as I know. I went through Jeep Only on Sahara. My salesman was Patrick and he was excellent, it’s been about four months since I’ve last seen him so not sure if he’s still there. Paid MSRP and it took a little under 7 months from order to delivery.

My deal was in Wallace Idaho. Dave Smith. but we just moved to Nampa Idaho so now we have to fly
up there when it comes in. so a little added cost. just at 8 months from time of order. now i have to hope
there is not a train derailment somewhere lol

I'm not sure, honestly. The time between getting notice that the build was complete and that it was delivered to the dealer was only ~3-4 days?

It’s the E-Shop process Jeep has on their home page. You build the Jeep and place your order while choosing a local dealership to work with. I was contacted by the local dealership saying they were aware of the order, but Jeep has not confirmed it because the local dealer doesn’t have anymore allocations for a new build and doesn’t know when more will be made available by Jeep. I’ll look into Only Jeep-thank you for the help!

Picking her up right now! They are going to swap the rings from my 2022 XR V6 to the 392 for me

Edit: NeverMind they offered a ridiculously low amount for the V6 so will be selling it myself
