Wow. What a monster. Looking good indeed. After you put on a few miles please update with on road manners.

Looks great , where did you find the Bronze Fuel rebels?

Did you use the entire AEV Dual Sport kit or just springs and shocks..
I’ve got my eye on the AEV 3” High Capacity springs as a upgrade to stock XR springs..
Entire kit. They say five hours to install, not so much. Have not installed the programmer for tires that came with kit, and I don’t think I will. Don’t like to mess with electronics and seems like a hassle to install and a few miles off speedometer with tire size no big deal

I assume you're talking about the AEV ProCal Snap JL. It's a great piece of kit, do it, it's extremely easy to run the jumper wire and the configuration is pretty much fool proof. You can easily return it to stock if you're worried about bringing it in for service but I don't bother. It's not really a programmer like the Tazer or AlfaOBD, it just adjusts the speedo calculation to the new tire size revolutions per mile to true your MPH display and you can adjust the TPMS low pressure warning PSI setting.

Installed the Baja Designs S1 lights for additional back up lighting. They are super bright, a bit much for street use. I am going adjust voltage down to make it acceptable then have a switch to override for full power. Wiring diagram shown, any suggestions appreciated.

I'll have to look into them. If you have an aux switch available it might be a good option.

How hard was to tap to the reverse lights?

Since they are arriving at dealerships and a few members have already taken delivery. Tell us about your modifications, upgrades, repairs and customizations!

Dropped off at the AEV OG HQ. JL 370 in process. Couple of non-packaged options (custom roof mount for GFC/ARB Jack mount/HC Coil). ran it for 2 months stock-looking forward to feeling the difference post install.

Installed the Warn power interrupt kit, and wired to Aux 4 and cleaned up the wiring from my winch install the other day. Works perfect, however now my front camera, auto climate control, and a few other things in Uconnect aren’t working right. I tried unhooking the battery cable and hooked back up, did nothing. Have an appointment with the dealer 10/11 for them to take a look, soonest available but don’t really want to wait a week and a half. Anyone know of a way to reset the Uconnect system?

I recently bought this….the other day I realized it had power steps installed but they weren’t dropping. One 20a fuse and they work, 😂. Dealer never noticed them or mentioned them when I bought it so that’s a solid $1500 perk for me. Also relocated the spare higher and put a brake light ring on in preparation for bigger wheels and tires in a few weeks when the freighter shows up. 😁

If you disconnected your negative battery connection the system sometimes takes several hours to fully reset with all features back and functional.

@ameldorf are those the rugged ridge taillight guards? How do you like them? Were they easy to install?
Yes, they are fine and look nice IMO. Install is very easy. Just pop off the little panel on the rear trim and remove the T40 (IIRC) plastic screw and the light comes out. Just gotta assemble the guard around the light and reinstall.

I think I may try the flush mount Oracle taillights in the future. I think it’ll look cleaner.
