I drove my 22 392 from Idaho to Texas adding 1862 miles and I was super impress how good this new Jeep behave on the road. I sold my 2019 Supercharged JL with TeraFlex lift kit and Falcon 3.3 shocks and this baby handle way better. I love it.Yeah itāll get about 1700mi on the drive home, then probably around 3k/yr after that, so itāll balance out
One thing I havenāt heard many people talk about that has impressed me significantly is how good the adaptive cruise control pairs with the 392. Pick a speed, let it fly, it brakes and accelerates in a perfectly spirited fashion when it needs to, and otherwise does an excellent job of keeping a really reasonably-paced cruise! Maybe itās just because Iām coming from a JK, but damn this thing is amazing, and even though I didnāt give a second thought to the more modern features when I ordered, Iām amped that theyāre there, and that they work so well. Iām super super pleased with how awesome it is to drive, and how it handles!
Do you have the XR shocks or the non XR Fox shocks on your 392? Curious as I had an eco diesel with a similar teraflex lift with falcon 3.3s that I loved the adjustability of on the shocks. Appreciate your input as Iām excited for my 392 on order.I drove my 22 392 from Idaho to Texas adding 1862 miles and I was super impress how good this new Jeep behave on the road. Non XR. I am planning to add the Falcon 3.3 again after I finish installing the side steps, rear bumper, tire carrier/hinge reinforcement, aFe Headers and get my ECM unlock so I can play with my HP Tuner.Do you have the XR shocks or the non XR Fox shocks on your 392? Nice my man, appreciate the feedback.Non XR. I am planning to add the Falcon 3.3 again after I finish installing the side steps, rear bumper, tire carrier/hinge reinforcement, aFe Headers and get my ECM unlock so I can play with my HP Tuner.
hey @ameldorf - curious what youāve gained in HP/Torque or fuel economy/loss? Iāve been thinking about these things but not 100% sure on themFinished up a Hemifever remote tune with the Diablosport i3 (have had the standard Diablo tune on 93 octane for a while previous to this). Feels as powerful as ever. Highly recommend Sean and team. I have no comparison to any other available tuner or dyno results, however I like how it feels. If you wanna get wild, get an unlocked PCM and find a tuner. Itāll put a smile on ya face.
@ameldorf - I have been wanting to do this as well. How was the install?Installed the Mopar trailer brake controller. Picking up a small travel trailer tomorrow so remains to be seen how well it works.

Not terrible. The worst part is mounting the controller under the dash. Itās tight and you have to contort a bit. Controller worked well IMO. I picked up a travel trailer thatās 2350 dry weight this morning and it towed great with gain set on 3.@ameldorf - I have been wanting to do this as well. How was the install?
No idea. Iāve not dynoed it. I also havenāt paid attention to mileage other than the dash reads not good. Iāve never calculated it either.hey @ameldorf - curious what youāve gained in HP/Torque or fuel economy/loss? Iāve been thinking about these things but not 100% sure on them
How was the header install? Been thinking of doing this. Doesnāt appear too bad with inner fenders out.Finished with the front and rear bumpers LED lights and installed the aFe ceramic coated headers.
