Nothing major, just a few small updates.

1. Added a cut-to-fit Bedrug to the back of the Jeep over the Goose Gear platform. Between removing my rear seats and replacing all the carpet with Armorlite, the Jeep felt a little echo-y. The Bedrug has helped soften that up. It's also going to be more comfortable for my 2 dogs to have a little padding to be on instead of the hard Goose Gear platform.

I started out by making a template with cardboard, but that was difficult to work with. Switched to paper. Once I had it right, I flipped it upside down on the bottom of the Bedrug, traced it out, and then cut it out with a few razor blades. I'm quite pleased with how well it turned out.

2. Replaced the fuel door with a painted one from Distinction Applied. Should come this way factory, IMHO. On the bright color Jeeps, I feel like the color matched parts look great.

3. Replaced my door handles with painted ones from Distinction Applied. Very easy to complete, and I think it makes the Jeep look more finished.

4. I have the painted rear glass hinge covers, but I need to drill those and install a pair of KC Cyclone amber lights that will serve as chase lights. Hopefully I'll get around to that soon.

5. I also replaced my antenna base cover and hood latches with painted ones, again from Distinction Applied.

Installed Genesis Offroad dual battery kit w/ H7/94R battery under seat.

Added Molle racks in the rear quarter panels. They fit perfect and don't rattle or make any sounds while driving. I had to notch out the top corners to clear the latches and drill the 3 quarter panel holes to use the original hard top mounting hardware. Just need to sand the edges, paint and use the black OEM hardtop bolts. Finished hand mounting five 37x12.50 R17 tires on my Jeep Beadlock wheels. My 392 XR came with the bronze beadlock wheels, but I prefer the black ones I took off my Gladiator.

Installed Fox ATS 2.0 JK version. Unfortunately the 22mm deep socket in my toolbox is not long enough to torque the relocation track bar bolt.

At 18 clicks, will need to drive more to feel the difference.

Edit: tested at 12 clicks, a bit loose. 15 is good and tightens the steering wheel too. I can’t tell much difference between 15 and 18.

Nobody likes to talk about, it, but it happens to all of us eventually. That's right, it's the dreaded sack sag. I decided to be proactive about it. I replaced all the nets in our JKURs. Today I did the front doors on the 392. Took about 10 minutes and would rank a 1 on a 10-wrench scale. I've got rear replacements coming.

Golds/Bronzes: We have a number of Gold and Bronze colors available. Recently we updated some of these. Satin Gold has been a reliable match for OEM 392 colors. Our newer matte gold might actually be closer, but I haven’t had a chance to see yet. Our new matte bronze and matte copper, should match better to some of the bronze colored wheels people are running. I will update this as we have more chance to match stuff up.

Not the 392 directly but an accessory!: With 4 Labradors jumping down daily, we have steps to lessen the stress on front shoulders which saves them for old age. Here is the one for Madame's Recon, and my AEV 392.

and I had to do 160 miles on pavement to go to the butcher to pick up 600 lbs of Japanese Waygu beef my ranch neighbour raises, so I raised my off road 26 lbs to 35 lbs and the rig did fine at 85-90 but back down to 26 lbs for every day on the low range rocky tracks.

Hate to hear this for you and another example of issues with the NoLimitz, I'm sure you updated the firmware. Do you know the date of manufacture for your NoLimitz?

After removal is your Jeep performing normally?
