That's a great catch! I was thinking it was just coming with the regular rock rails...but the images in the order tracker do show the different steps. When you say you looked at your build in one of the trackers - do you mind sharing that link/tool? I didn't know that was possible.

My order was for Black, no SOT, added the tow and smokers groups, and half doors with premium uppers.


I wonder if it's the half doors options that's holding some of us up?

I ordered in September, and added half doors 2 months later. Its in production right now.

Hmm, this seems odd. I wasn't able to add tow to mine. I didn't think too much of it. I later found out that tow package is automatically included on the 20A and doesn't need to be ordered as an option.

I'm positive I didn't order it, it didn't show up on my poc, but it shows up on my build on jeeponorder.

We discussed it before the order book opened. And I watched him select both tow and smokers group (then the half doors w/ premium). All of that was during the "pricing glitch" though. I do not know what he did when editing it.

The Tow Package comes standard with the 20A.

Mine went in during the pricing glitch as well but tow didn't show anywhere. Hmm. Things were messed up a bit on the order banks imo though. SOT wasn't grouped with the other tops, it was embedded down with the other Mopar add on stuff like mats and such.

Iirc, you got a poc that shows the 27T option which means you should be good to go.

Damn, I know this is preaching to the choir, but I really want you to get your VIN so we can see what is going on.

I'm unaware of any dealer doing below MSRP, most added ADM. I personally encountered a dealer asking 10k ADM.


Also, dealers were only allocated 2 orders for a 20a. Meaning you would have a very hard time identifying a dealer who could still place a 20a order for you and if you did there was a maximum number of them to be sold and they may or may not all be sold.

Yeah, I doubt too many dealers were below msrp on the 20As. The market is getting way less crazy, but I think msrp or adm for these is more normal than below msrp.

Anyone order the black satin grille on theirs and get their VIN yet? I'd be interested to see what that grille looks like.

I have it on my current 392 and like it, but when I was ordering my 20thA, I didn't know if it would what would happen with it, so I skipped it figuring I could always get it aftermarket if I wanted.

I called my dealer today after your note above regarding the satin black grille as I thought the 20A was coming standard with the Satin Black Grille - Not the case - He stated it’s listed as the 20A anniversary grille MFC. Will have black inserts but the grill surround will match body color - That was disappointing for sure - He was looking into the cost of the satin black grille and said it’s an easy process to install after delivery if I don’t like the factory MFC grille - Seems ridiculous now that we failed to select the satin black grille option / we actually saw it together during the ordering process however we didn’t think it was a necessary option and it was coming standard with the satin black grille -Jeep really should have a done better job educating the dealers about the ordering Options on the 20A - According to my dealer who is well versed and a long time Jeep sales rep there was no education process to the dealers on how to
Order these 20A vehicles with all the options - Maybe that’s why some people are still waiting for their VIN - Food for the thought

I assumed the satin black would be the regular style satin black. I figured I would get one aftermarket if it would fit and if I don’t like the new style grille.

27T is the entire 20A package, one of the standard features withing the 27T package is the HD Rock sliders with step assist.
