Ordered 2023 XR

Currently in day 3 of Production. Don't know what to think. Jeep Customer Care sent me to emails yesterday.

1st email stated my Jeep was built and would be delivered by 12/1/23 to the Dealer. I was stoked.
2nd email stated disregard previous email and that the Jeep was in production and then will move to JB and Inspection.

Damn Jeep doesn't know their left from their right.

I can say this. This is my 3rd order in 2 years between Dodge and Jeep. The other two were a super easy experience. This has been my longest wait. It is what it is and so far I've been very lucky compared to others. Just hoping I don't get stuck in "E" status for weeks like I've seen happen to a few.

The concept doesnt even have the front camera. That will be a big "no-no" but again was just a concept and LA auto show will finally confirm it

was there as well, and not a fan of the Red interior.

Same. Red interior is ok, but I'm not a big fan. I remember people going nutso for it on the '13 though.

Got an email from Jeep today like they said they would do. So that's good. The person just basically said it was still in production phase and to be patient. Then said delivery date is November 12th (which is what is listed on the tracker).

I emailed them back and thanked them for letting me know there was nothing major that was wrong, but if it's still in production, I doubt if I'm getting it this Saturday.

Well your order was confirmed a full month after mine and my vin is still TBD in all 3 trackers.

At least I'm not the only one blind waiting for my 392XR. Estimated delivery Nov 5. Until now I still don't have the vehicle. The tracking now changed to TBD lol. Great! Another waiting game. I'm thinking maybe I should just cancel it and get a Porche or Aston Martin. Or try the Braptor.

Pretty much the same. It's on satus E , but it's been under production on site for 3 months now. I checked Cryptostickers, same results.

Better chance of getting a 392 over a braptor unless ya wanna pay like 120k.

Give jeep a call and let someone know you’ve been in E that long. You’ll get someone to at least pay a bit of attention to your order. Never know, sometimes the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

"E" is usually framing and my guess your car is not in stuck in that category. I bet you're actually in "I" status in some type of hold up. Your person at the dealership can lean in as can the customer care side of the production group.

Yep. I show E on the tracker, but my dealer updates have been I the last 3 weeks.

Been in i since sept 29th. Called Jeep. Robotic guy told me I was in i status and it means final inspection and dealer would be able to help. Koons said i status to contact Ramcares. Useless

i called today and emailed them as well, when i called she said it was being scheduled but did not tell me when. had been in scheduled since last week.
