Yea either loose , or shity plugA few posts I've read have stated that there where less than 40 confirmed directly related fires so the over all occurrence is even less
who ever kicked this off must have a really good lawyer to cause Stellanits to react like this and the inevitable shit storm.
I'm still betting the fix is going to be plug plug back in if loose.
YEP CHECKED MY VIN AND MY 2022 392 IS ON THE RECALL LIST.I also checked the mopar website and 0 recalls.
Anybody know how much current is going thru itlooks like battery cable , just by looking at it.
It looks like at least 4-8 gauge , I looked and did some checking, 25 to 40 A on average 90 amp spikes , definitely enough to cause a fire. My amplifier had zero gauge and 100 A , fused it in two spots cause that could definitely start a fire. Without looking at it, I would say it’s definitely a connector issue. At least when you do an amplifier, you are screwing the wire into a lug ,relying on a plastic connector for that much amperage is insane
I think eliminating the electric system and getting the psc hydraulic pump is the best solution.
whew, Just finished having my PSC installed, I'm on the recall.I think eliminating the electric system and getting the psc hydraulic pump is the best solution.
I looked in the fuse box for N6. It's a strange fuse that looks like it bolts on to the fuse box. InterestingIt's fuse rating is 125 amps.View attachment 55329
My 2024 goes into dealership Monday to have my engine covers replaced. I didn't think they would have a fix so soon. I was hopeful, but your post just confirmed it.This is unbelievable. I called my local dealership this morning about this issue regarding my 2024 392 and he told me to "check back again at the end of the year when parts will be available..." At this writing it is June.
