Any 2024 model year transfer case failures ?

I installed a Tazer right after my Jeep was repaired, but in my opinion I think it drives better in all wheel instead of 2w. I just feel safer on the highway.

I did not hit anything and it has never been off-road except for weekend camping trips. I was told the boot tore on the driveshaft which seems to be a common problem from what I have read. All the grease leaked out of the TC because of this and Jeep replaced driveshaft and TC.

Sorry to hear that, ...but that's actually good news ... at least for the rest of us. Yours wasn't one of the typical "clutch fry / grenade" cases. Perhaps Jeep did re-program it so that the 2024+ model years won't grenade from typical use.

Interesting that the 2024 case was beefed up with stronger internals.

The price 😂
