@WhiteBronze392 Build

Sounds like you've got a busy weekend ahead of you! Good luck with your projects and hopefully you don't break the bank jumping up to the beadlocks and 38s!

Haha thanks yea I’m tired of wiring!! probably why I havnt jumped on it lol. I should about break even because I will probably do a spare delete with the jump to 38’s and only order 4 each. Can always add it back in the future if I choose but would prob need a Teraflex carrier too so would be well beyond even 🤣 and as long as I don’t create any more problems

When you go to 38's, you'll get to MI faster!

Keep going on your build! My fiotwell wires were by the left passenger foot area.

The two extra wires are in fact in the passenger footwell bundle. I used one of them for my Blackvue DashCam. Very convenient. Too bad they didn’t also include them with the Aux Switch bundle under the hood. Would have been convenient there also.

Only 1771 miles!? Dude, get driving! Though it seems you have mastered the lead-foot mash

Yes, the two wires are there. Too bad they are only 10 or 15 amp circuits!

Installed the Innovative AT ARB system today in 95 degree heat in my garage lol. Install was straight forward and the system works great. Tied the switch to the constant hot with the AUX wires under the dash. I had a plan to mount the ARB switch to the IAT compressor plate mount with a ARB switch mount but changed my mind for the time being. I stuck a WP toggle switch in line under the dash to keep everything tucked away out of site so the kids or wife won’t accidentally flip it on.

Didn’t make it to the MXT 275 today but think I have my plan and shouldn’t take long.

Nice!

How are you liking the Terra Acoustics? Would you buy them again? I’m on their waitlist, but unsure if I should lay out the coin for them…
I do definitely hear the difference and would do it again. Worth the money IMHO

Installed the Wheeler Industries A pillar / cowl brackets and the midland antenna today! These things are sturdy and I like how they put the lights further out. No more flappy lights 😂. Will finish up the midland install tomorrow or Saturday.

We have the same boy version of that Jeep for my grandson. 😀
Haha awesome! I got my son the Raptor when he was 3 and I had a Raptor seems only fitting to get my daughter the Jeep. That and whenever we are out she points out every Jeep 🤣

Installed the Midland MXT 275 yesterday but still need to decide where I am going to run the extension for the mic plug and if I am going to drill and use the connector I bought. I just have it plugged straight in for now. I used heavy duty 3m to mount it under the passenger footwell if it doesn’t stay I will zip tie it but like the location and wanted to keep it open for the speaker. Tied to the switched wire with the AUX bundle.

I liked the toggle switch for the ARB power so I relocated t to the plate.

This is on my list pretty quick. I'm either going to mount mine in the passenger footwell like you did, or must it in the rear near the power outlet, and just run a mic cable to the front..

It was so perfect to mount there. It is literally right beside the switched power wire with the AUX bundle and easily accessible. I ran the ground to the stud under the seat where I grounded the ARB pressure module. I had run a pigtail for the ground when I installed the compressor so I wouldn’t have to remove the seat again but did anyway to install the toggle switch 🤦 the antenna wire ran right under the center console and left the remaining 10 ft coiled up in the drivers kick panel.

The MTX275 is so nice and easy to install, and mounting the main unit is not hard at all due to its smaller size.

Looks good @WhiteBronze392! I mounted mine on the driver's side, up under the knee bolster. There is a nice little platform/module there that I attached the mounting bracket using 3M VHB tape. For the mic cable, I cut in an RJ45 connector on the passenger side of the center console, near the front mounting bolt. I'm using a CMM accessory bracket and 67D arm with a Magnetic Mic attachment to hold the handset.

If you want pictures, I can share. Just tossing out some other ideas for those who haven't tackled the install yet.
