What's the one thing you dislike about your wrangler 392!

I have Hot headliners which gives it a different look, plus I have the black 2 piece spiderwebshade that stays on with hard top on, can’t really see the top at all now
I have hot head in the LJ also. There is another brand of hard top liner that covers all the white, forget what it is.

I painted the inside of my LJ hard top black. Turned out very nice. I've considered painting this one also but its a different deal when its brand new.
I couldn’t stand seeing the white thru my new HotHead sunshade in the front so I found an artist brush about a 1 inch and a can of flat black paint in my garage…and 30 minutes later, looks great, next project is to get rid of all of the white from the rear seat back.

I use the front camera when pulling into my home garage (very tight space). It ALWAYS cuts the video and reverts to the radio or other screen. I have to stop, and hit the button for the front cam again.

Anyone else notice that?

I wish that there was a cleaning jet for the backup camera like there is for the front trail cam. I use the front a couple times a year, but I use the bakcup cam twice a day.

No. I have driven around with the front camera on just to see if it times out. It has always stayed up until I turned it off.

Same here as Ben for me except I have gray spiderweb shade and barely noticeable.

Ok… I don’t mind the gas Milage. The fuel consumption issue is a Picnic. (Problem In Chair Not In Car)
My problem is with the heated seats and steering wheel. They are friggin AWESOME! I want them on all the time 😝. And with remote start it has to be petty cold to get them to turn on automatically. I wish I could set that to “always on when remote start”, or for that matter always on with any start. And while I’m on the subject I also want heated back seats and ventilated front seats. I might be able to use one of the AUX switches to add heated rear seats.

I was thinking about this, you could put a splitter into the washer fluid line that runs to the front camera then route the extra line to the back camera and install a sprayer. Maybe the front camera sprayer would fit? It would spray both cameras at the same time but it would be simple to do…. or not. If you could use ¼” airline tubing and press connect (mur-loc) fittings it would be simple to route it there using existing runs. I may explore that.

There is so much more to like than dislike but if I had to pick one it would be the glove box. The 2018 JK I traded in for the 392 had a larger glove box.

Nothing...I can't think of one thing I dislike about it. Just my $.02 cents.

1. I wish we had auto wind shield wipers like the GC. First world problems but I was used to never having to touch my wipers.

2. I wish the seat would sit lower and back a few more inches.

This bothers me a bunch in general about Jeeps. I had a 16 75A and took all the panels off, masked them, and painted them with black truck bed liner. The interior looked SO much better after that.

I ordered sky one on my 392. We'll see how I handle that one. I may do what you did with a brush.

I'm not coming with any facts or support, but I could have sworn there was a way to change the threshold temp for heated seats to come on automatically - maybe with the tazer? Could also be that I'm making things up. If you find a solution, let us know!

If I"m being picky I don't love the seats... they aren't supportive enough laterally and could use some more aggressive bolstering. I'm probably spoiled though coming from the world of mostly German sedans. But even my LR4 has much more supportive seats. I'm not a big dude and I slide all over in these seats.

On page 220 in the 2021 Jeep Wrangler manual it says the heated seats and steering wheel are controlled by the U-Connect Seats & Comfort/Auto-On Comfort Section. There is a Remote Start setting.

The Tazer allows both driver and passenger seats to come on with remote start, I don’t think it allows a change to the temp threshold to come on.

So it looks like the heated seats and steering wheel will only come on "Automatically" on remote start if the temperature is below 40° F (4.4° C). The Tazer Mini has a Live Feature called "AutoPassHeat: Warm passenger seat in addition to driver when Auto-On Heat is enabled" so basically below 40° F both seats will turn on. But I don't see any way to set the seat heater to always on. Well guess I will just have to sell it... 😝

From the Book:
"Remote Start Comfort Systems — If Equipped When Remote Start is activated, the Climate Controls may activate the heated seats (if equipped) and heated steering wheel (if equipped) in temperatures below 40° F (4.4° C). These features will stay on through the duration of Remote Start or until the ignition switch is cycled to the ON/RUN position."

Damn! I wonder how receptive Tazer would be to a feature request? Coming from a career where I'm frequently on the receiving ends of those kinds of requests, I can't imagine the 40F is baked in, maybe setting that variable is something Tazer would consider adding if one or more people asked nicely? Sorry I wasn't able to help on this one!
