What to pay for in stock 392 XR

I know its definitely cheaper than PPF. I was going to have that put on ... but its cheaper just to buy a new one if I screw it up

Also to be helpful for anybody else in my same boat that wants instant gratification vs ordering:
1- You will likely save yourself $5k+ by ordering and waiting but waits are pretty much 6 months or more and I already have 2 other cars ordered that I'll be waiting some time for. I wanted the Jeep sooner than later to play with while I wait for the others to arrive.
2- My deal closed for $1,500 over MSRP. Dealer publicly was asking $10k over, in one conversation dropped it to$5k, ultimately accepted $1,500.
3 - I found MULTIPLE other 392XRs that I could have purchased for MSRP. I checked cars.com and autotrader every day for probably a month and more and more are showing up in dealers for sale. Sarge Green, Sting Grey and the dark silver color all could be had for MSRP. I wanted black or white and didn't want one touch roof or to pay for dual top group and couldn't find anybody willing to sell what I wanted at MSRP
4- I still didn't talk to any dealers that I think I could have gotten below MSRP on a floor vehicle.
5 - all that said and to my point #3 I think the market on these is softening a bit. Could easily see MSRP deals being standard and some discounted cars possible within a month or two based on the trends I saw in my process

Congratulations!!!UPDATE: Done Deal... new toy on its way to Los Angeles now for delivery tonight. There was some "miscommunication" between my sales guy and the GM. I'll just assume it was innocent to give them the benefit of the doubt but they sent me paperwork that didn't reflect the deal we had discussed (obviously in their favor). Talked to the GM early this morning and to his credit he gave me 100% of the deal that I had negotiated for and had the car headed my way 25 minutes later. I was convinced it was going to be a "lets split the difference" convo but he was straight with me and took a $1,500 hit to make me happy. I'll post up some pics when it gets here. I'm proud to be rewarding Jeep for making a vehicle that is completely illogical, probably unsafe, louder than it should be, thirstier than about anything on the road today and faster than it should be. The days of vehicles like this are likely limited. Had to enjoy it while I can. God bless America

Looks great man.
Pro tip... put it in offroad mode... when you let off the pedal to decel give the accelerator one more slight push and back off.... Itll pop and burble until you come to a stop.
