What fenders are you running? Looks great!I am running a Metalcloak 4 1/2" lift, and yesterday I changed rear shocks from King shocks for a 3" to '5" lift to King shocks for a 6" lift. The shock body for the 6" lift shocks is 1 3/4" longer than the shock body for the 3" to 5" lift shocks, which allows another 3 1/2" of down travel. I tested the increased rear suspension articulation today. I left the front sway bar connected for this test, because I was trying to force the rear suspension to do all the flexing. With the front sway bar disconnected the front suspension still flexes more than the rear, but the rear suspension is getting to the point that I think it is "good enough". The tires haven't left the ground yet, so it might flex a bit more, but I think I'm getting pretty close to the limits of articulation of a short arm suspension, and tire clearance for 40s after trimming all of the pinch seams off. The longer shock length seems good, because at full stuff with the bump stop squashed, I have 3/4" of shock shaft still showing.

congrats!I bought it. Just delivered today.
some recently added bling items..........always excellent quality from Distinction AppliedHad to decide between a $700 spare wheel and tire (which would never be used for more than a rotational spare) and $170 spare tire delete. See choice below.........
After looking at at least a dozen brands... I decided on the DV8 model. It's not intended to fit with the factory tailgate reinforcement, but worked around that as i like the reinforcement looks and didn't want to give it up. Unfortunately there is no delete kit that will work with the factory onboard air compressor.....so that got deleted. (no haters please). I talked to DV8 about something that would work and they didn't even know there was a factory air compressor option. had to send them a pic of it. another headache was the later rear factory cameras are different than early models. had to do some improvising (grinding) to make that work. It doesn't some with the nylon plastic plate mounts. I had to make those fit (more grinding). But after all the reworking......I love the look.......comments?
