Trail Recon T-Case Failure

Is the mp3022 used in any full size trucks ?

No. Just Jeeps. The Jeep wk2 and 392.

First transfer case failure was at about 2,300 miles on my new 392. No off road use at all. Now traveling from Blue Ridge, Ga to Ft Lauderdale, had it set for 73 MPH BB on I75. Suddenly started smoking. (6,400 mi) Pulled into rest area and saw transmission fluid pouring out. Left it in Macon. Not too sure what I might do with it next, but I don’t trust it. Love the car. It took 6-1/2 months for my order, but what could happen next?
