Some of the boys & I hit the trails down from Mt. Magazine after the snow storm down here... quite a bit of mud from the melt... and of course, a fair number of water crossings. Good times

Planning a brief trip to the Grand Canyon and Moab in February, If anybody is going to be in Moab the 15th-17th, hit me up. I don't have everything planned yet, but we are tentatively planning on running Fins & Things, Hells Revenge, and Top of the World, at least.

Your timing is perfect. The Red Rock 4-Wheelers have a Trail of the Month on most months. The February trail of the month is going to be on Saturday the 15th. It will be the Tower Arch trail, which is rated 4. Meet in the north parking lot of the City Market at 9:00 AM. I plan on being there with my Sting Gray 392, so I'll see you then. 
[Edit] I just told my staff to cancel my schedule for Feb 17th, and that I will be taking that day off. So, I will be in Moab from Friday night through Sunday night, returning home on Monday the 17th.
I want to do the RR4W trail of the month on Saturday because it is a trail I haven't done before. Their Trail of the Month rides are pretty low key. You don't need to be a club member and there is no entry fee. Everyone is welcome, just show up with your Jeep. Group size in the past is typically 10 to 15 vehicles.
That leaves me open to do another trail on Sunday the 16th. We could certainly choose one from your list, or others

When I drove through Monument Valley of course the scenery was stunning. I even stopped at the popular stop to take pictures but I had not realized why it was so popular until sitting at a bar later that evening and the bartender told me why.

We were there last August, and the number of people risking their lives running in and out of traffic to get a selfie was pretty surreal.
The shortest short of the hubs in a mud puddle at Northwest OHV in Bridgeport. It was too muddy to get out and get better video, but it was a fun little trail nonetheless

@Ransom I got there (northwest ohv park) around 10:30am that morning but I didn't see you guys so I'd figured you both had left by then. Anyhow, it was my first time visiting there and it didn't took me long to realize that park was totally different from Hidden Falls adventure park. Yes, the park had muddy spots and unfortunately, I got myself stuck in a mud pit area just past an intersection of B26 & B41 trails. 
Thankfully, a few jeepers have showed up about 30 minutes later and pulled me out. Kudos to them! Here is a short video where I got stuck.

We should have just decided to wait for you, because had we had another buddy we would have stayed longer, lol. There was way more water than we deal with at Hidden Falls, for sure! I was actually really surprised at how wet it was there. Got in some dirt therapy over the holiday. 20+ miles on Sunday along the Bighorn Mountains outside Greybull and Lovell, WY (Crystal Creek), then 70+ miles in the Fenton Pass area between Meeteese and Burlington, WY.

Yall quit going to the parks around me without inviting me...
After almost 2wks and 2760.9mi (13.3mpg total including trail time), I find myself back in AR after an incredible trip to Moab and CO. I set off with a buddy of mine to Moab where I tested the new build on Metal Masher, Wipe Out Hill, Kane Creek (as retribution for my blown up wheel last year), and Cliffhanger (which is an unbelievable trail). We also took a breather-day and ran up into the La Sal's... a few things to tweak on the rig as expected, but I couldn't be happier with the build and performance. After Moab, I had the privilege meeting up with @prodriquez and some overland friends in the Red Cliff area of CO to run Holy Cross and got a fantastic tour of the area via some mountain trails... what a breathtaking landscape and Holy Cross is now one of my favorite trails! Here's a few shots of the trip:

Not a winch was used the entire trip.... Special thanks to Phil & Dana for the tent, accessories, and comradery during the few days of camping at the lake! Can't wait to get back to both areas! Here's to meeting new friends along the way
