Metalcloak's 392 Suspension Systems (We have Options!)

How was taking the 392 through “The Squeeze?” It doesn’t look like there are any scratches.
I rubbed a little and got some road rash on the plastic part of my fender. No thing too bad.

Nice . today I picked up ADS reservoir shocks installed the front tonight rears tomorrow. Could you post some close up pics of reservoir hose routing with as much detail as possible . Seems like sway bar may interfere. with hose not a lot of flex in that hose thanks.
In my pic sway bar is unbolted that’s why there is so much clearance thanks

It ended up being a loose fitting. The hose was fine.
I'm curious what ADS did to correct this for you. I had the exact same thing happen on my right front Fox 2.5" DSC from Accutune. First time off road on the Steel Bender Trail in Moab, halfway through the trail I notice my right front corner is super bouncy, like it doesn't have a shock on it anymore. I stopped and looked to see what the problem was, and the fitting that connects the reservoir hose to the shock body had come loose and the shock had dumped all of its nitrogen and oil. I sent it back to Accutune and they rebuilt the shock and made sure everything was tight this time. Nothing had touched that shock, there was no tire rub or other contact with anything. I had to pay for the shock rebuild and shipping. So, what did ADS do.

The guys at lifestyle garage handled the whole thing for me. No charge.

I am not sure if ADS was involved or not.

Loose fitting tighten recharge and off you go ? My guess

I’ve noticed that some competing lifts are engineered to account for the natural lean to the passenger side via either by spacers or side specific springs. Does MC do anything to prevent any lean to the passenger side?
Nope

@MetalCloak : Hi there, have a stock 2024 392 with factory winch.

Currently have on order your complete MetalCloak Undercloak belly skids including resonator and muffler skidplates plus f/r lca bolt on skids and ARB diff covers so I can finally hit the rocks with my club in a couple of weeks.

In about 6 months I'll start phase 2 which will be adding 37/12.50/17 tires (not sure which ones, maybe KO2s or MTBB ATs or Nitto RGs), a 3.5 inch lift, upgraded steering setup plus ball joints.

I want to go long arm this time round and I like the look of your 3.5 GC long arm kit with the Rocksport Black shocks. One concern I have is the rear control arm bolt on bracket hanging down below the frame shown in the pic below. In your testing how does that bracket do when climbing over an obstacle and catching on the rocks etc? I see its angled but would like real world testing feedback. Thanks!
