Finally hit D1 Status after starting 15 months ago!

Same feeling here. All the 2022 392 orders filtered on https://cryptostickers.net/Default.html?scope=all doesn't imply any easy logic... some orders placed later dates have build and sticker found while the earlier orders has nothing.

Yup. I see quite a few orders that have moved into D1 that were ordered after mine, even at same dealer! I'm sure there is some reason, but not knowing makes it hard to be patient.

Still haven’t been given a date, but I finally moved in status and this time it wasn’t back to “C” or “BE”!
Finally got a D1 !
It’s been a long, long road 15 months in the making.

If anyone needs to waste some time, here it is for your enjoyment, or disdain :ROFLMAO:

I’m glad to see you’re FINALLY approaching the end of this process. I hit 22 weeks yesterday. Supposedly it’s been sitting at the rail yard for the past 3 days. Who knows how long it’ll take to make it to the dealership?! Maybe next week…maybe I’ll still be whining in another month? At least I’ve made it yo the last hurdle. Hope yours arrives fast Yukon - you’ve definitely earned it!

Thanks @cgrosen324 ! Appreciate it! Glad you’re within days now! Fingers crossed for ‘ya!

And I’m not jealous at all!

Congrats on the progress. I was notified yesterday by my dealer that due to a "glitch" in the system most 392 orders Moved to "C" status this week. Ugh!!
I’ve ordered mine Nov 20, got the VIN next day. I believe it was in D for a while (not sure as Jeep chat does not provide the codes anymore). Yesterday I got an info from the dealer that it went to C. As far as I know that‘s a step back, but the dealer says that’s a good thing and that now it will go to D1 and they will proceed with the build. I’m kinda confused.

Whoa! Just read through your 15month ordeal. We are all cheering for you!

Thanks @Gnomad ! Appreciate it.

@scarab - You are correct in the status change. A "D" is a firm commitment to build, it just hasn't been scheduled. They typically have a priority of 01 (though 01-09 are considered "top"). Lowest being a 99 which are the B(x) status codes. "C" typically means that it is "uncommitted" as they may not be able to get all necessary parts.

Check back with the dealer for two things: is build priority still a low number and does it still have a VIN assigned? If yes, you should be good.

I didn’t know about the priority think, gonna ask them, thanks!

Nice, checked mine, Staud "D" Firm Schedule: Serial number is assigned
Scheduling priority: 1- Sold order

JUst checked with Jeep Chat. 10/8 392XR order.
Alexander said my (hopefully our) Jeep(s) has all components in place and is about to enter Assembly.
No eta, though my projected delivery date, per my email, is the week of 3/7.

A week ago I hit up FCA chat as I do every few weeks... got the standard "Thank you so much for holding. Your order is in the scheduling phase of the manufacturing process. The parts required to build the vehicle are being scheduled and as soon as they available and ready, order will be scheduled for build. Currently no Dealer ETA has been provided." as I do every time. So I told them my frustration of not getting any information or communication for nearly 5 months and they apologized and said they've escalated to tracking and gave me a case ID and said I'd hear back within the next 2 business days. So, a week later, I finally received a response:

"In response to your case number 81859245, tracking team has replied that the order is being sequenced for production as all the parts necessary to begin producing order are being scheduled and gathered.

Stellantis continues to work closely with our suppliers to mitigate the manufacturing impacts caused by the various supply chain issues facing our industry. Please be assured that your order has our attention and priority."

So, escalating basically gave me nothing new... :(

I got my 392 listed on cryptostickers but I'm missing where the info is that told you a vehicle moved into D1 status, unless having a Build Sheet means D!? Thanks!

The status letters like D1 can only be checked on by your dealer I believe.

If you have a build sheet showing on Cryptostickers it means you are at least in D1 I believe.

I got my VIN and VON a few days after ordering but I had to follow up with my dealer. I registered with Cryptostickers and Membrain. Then after 4 months with no word I contacted Jeep Chat and was told they don’t give out production codes anymore. Then I got an email with a delivery estimate a day later. Then two days later I saw my vehicle had a build sheet found on cryptostickers. I reached out to my dealer and it turns out my vehicle had already been in Paint status a few days before. So it’s hard to know what to trust, I think the dealers have the most up to date info if they will share it with you.
