According to the dealership, all the 392's leak:

"This is a characteristic of the 392 Wranglers. It is a seep and not a safety item. I'm not sure Stellantis deems this as a major issue at this point as all high performance vehicles have similar issues."

Take your business elsewhere. That shop is crooked. My 392 Wrangler doesn't leak. Neither does my 850 HP Corvette.

Quick update on this, the left valve cover and gasket was replaced and so far looks good. I dropped the Jeep at the dealership on Monday and got it back on Thursday 8am, they did the job pretty fast.
Hopefully the new valve cover won’t leak, I’ll keep you posted.

Well, my 392 has been at the dealership for a month, and the only thing that's happened is a star case has been opened. The dealership sent a picture of the leak to a corporate specialist. No official diagnosis yet.

Well I finally got a diagnosis from the corporate specialist who suggested the dealership replace the valve cover gasket again. It's been replaced 3x already. Fourth time is a charm, right?

That’s probably on the tech more than Jeep. Valve cover gaskets can be a PIA when installing. The slightest crimp, fold, improperly seated, improper torque on the valve cover screws, etc., will result in another leak. A solid mechanic/tech, will get it right the first time.

These days, I’m often in the shop with them when it’s something under warranty, advising on how to do it, because they simply DFK. It’s a shame and I hate to be “that customer”, but holy shite…

I was called in to my last dealership on the regular for consulting. Most of their crew was under 25. The service manager was 27, and was never a mechanic. SMFH…

I had it as well inside the first 800 miles.
It’s an easy fix.
It’s the person doing the repairs. It’s finicky to get it right.

Maybe. But every time the gasket is replaced, it leaks again from the same spot. Not sure if it's just because it's a low area (gravity) or if there's is some defect with the head.

Could be the head or the valve cover.
If a tech used something to pry the factory install off, and marred a surface, it will leak.
