Back Seat Center Seat Headrest Fixed or Adjustable?

Is it possible to raise the Rear seat center headrest or is it fixed?

It is adjustable for height. I only know that because with the rear seat center armrest folded down I can extend the headrest to bring the cup holders closer to the front seats.
