Another satisfied Chapman customer.

Another happy Chapman customer :)
From my order to delivery was a painful six months, but during this journey, Chapman was there giving me updates whatever I asked.
In this regard, Tom, Ashlie Ryan, and Kyle Whalon were very kind and patient in answering all the questions I had during the process.
Finally, it starts happening! I got my build sheet and windows sticker, and then it was time for the delivery process. Chapman honored the price agreed upon the day of the order with no questions asked.
Joseph Taber walked me through the process, even helping to get a reasonable loan rate with them. Steve Levitt took care of the delivery, making the process quick and easy. I feel that I made good friends there. I strongly recommend it!
Congratulations, my friend! We met as you were leaving and I arrived to get the blue one. Glad you made it home safely! I’m sure the first 100 miles was anxious for you… it was for me sitting in the right lane of the interstate. I share the same sentiments about the Chapman crew; will definitely be returning there. Steve was very gracious during the delivery process. Again, congratulations and drive in good health!

That is awesome! Nice to meet you here!
I'm glad you made a safe trip too. Yep, the first 100 miles were painful. I turned off highways at my GPS and headed to Baltimore. The next day I drove 880 miles. Unique jeep, isn't it?
Congratulations to you too. If you need something here in FL, just let me know. 🙂

I agree that Chapman has been great. Perhaps they communicate the process better now but they set my expectations up front about what to expect and they've been really good. I now have an estimated ship date on mine which is great but do expect that not to be the most accurate.

Ordered 3-31-22 and Just picked mine up on Saturday. The staff at Chapman where great at communicating and there were no surprises. Courtney, Liz, and Joe are great!
First impressions driving the 392 home are the power and sound are great.. but It wanders more then my old lifted Jku. Dealer had 47 psi in the tires I dropped them to 38 got a little bit better… oh well still love this thing… hoping everyone gets theirs soon you will love it!!

Anyone have their 392 delivered to Chapman recently? Mine was delivered yesterday, they said they have had excessive deliveries recently and are behind on processing for pickup and can’t give me an estimate on when I can come pick it up, just that they will contact me when I can pick it up. Anyone else experience this with them? How long from delivery until you were able to pick it up? Knowing it’s at the dealer now and yet another delay after 5 months of waiting from ordering is just killing me!

Wish I could help with your question, but wanted to congratulate you on being this close! Having to wait for dealer processing is definitely harsh, but it's gotta be one of the best possible problems to have!

I know I shouldn’t complain, Chapman really has been great throughout the process. Just frustrating that it’s so close and just more waiting, I have no patience lol. I just want to stomp on that skinny pedal and hear the roar so bad!

When mine showed up earlier this month, I was told they they received about 150 vehicles over the course of a few days with a vast majority of them being customer orders. Not sure if they have been getting more but assuming PDI on each vehicle and scheduling customers to come in they must be quite busy. Driving by their lot, it is a fleet of TRX, Wranglers, Wagoneers, that all seem to have sold signs on them and that is their main lot not their lower lot. That being said I think I was lucky as it arrived and I was able to pick it up about a week later.

They told me they are processing about 200 vehicles. Based on your timeline I’m probably looking at 10 days or so.

Just be patient, my friend :). You will realize they aren’t blowing smoke when you arrive at the dealer: arguably one of the biggest inventories I’ve seen anywhere. The prep crew does one of the best jobs at prepping your vehicle I’ve experienced, regardless of brand. Mine was fully detailed and looked great! I’m OCD so when I say it was clean… it looked immaculate.

Check out what others have posted on delivery inspection. The top items for me: push down to fully seat every single fuse (engine bay), and bring a tire pressure guage (Chapman did correctly set the tire pressure to the suggested cold level) but you may consider airing down a few psi to reduce the wandering nature of the 35” tires. Lastly, if you ordered the half-doors, go solo when picking up your ride as it will be fully loaded inside with your parts. There will be no room even for a small child in the front passenger seat.

Congratulations and post pics!
