2nd Day Owning. Powertrain MALFUNCTION at 201 miles!

Geronimo, Sounds like you have been more then gracious and you did your due diligence. I can feel your pain.

Sounds like the time has come to take off the gloves and get an attorney involved and go nuclear!

Situations like this is why I now despise car companies. GM screwed me over on my Colorado which I finally had them buy back but it took an act of god. They are more then ready to take your money but slow to step up and resolve issues.

They just don't seem to care, this is so sad.

Its been a number of months, Geronimo are there any updates?

I'll be calling JEEP Cares tomorrow.
I might go ahead, and see if I can get a diagnostic code from the check engine light before the blizzard hits tonight with my scanner.
Don’t waste your time with Jeep Cares. Don’t ask me how I know. if your vehicle turnes out to be a lemon. they are there just a fatigue You and also keep you from getting a lawyer. Jeep Cares and Jeep customer retention team are not there to help you. They are there to gaslight you ,

and make you turn into a dog chasing your tail. my 2025, Rubicon 392 with 2000 miles has been at the dealer for almost 70 days unfixed. I have lawyered up. And hopefully you all know , lemon law do not cost a dime , Stellantis has to pay your lawyer fees
