Did they call or email you to tell you that it arrived or are you going by the tracker/JeepCares? If they contacted you then it went pretty quickly, otherwise just wait for them to contact you as they get a lot of vehicles to inspect and process.

In my case, it was a little over a week. They had 200 vehicles in one month show up and a couple of people that were out, so things got backed up.

As stated before, I don't know for sure that that one is mine, but it checks the obivious boxes of my order, and my order is a one-of-a-kind!

My tracker updated Monday saying it was delivered. I will know more in a week or two when Granger finance calls.

Sent in my finance paperwork yesterday. Will update when they call me! Really excited to fly out there and pick her up, hopefully the extent of the damage is superficial. If not, it's going to be extra painful to go through another unexpected delay. At this point though, just happy that it actually exists!

• Aug 12 2022 - Damage was minor, they were able to touch up paint in-house!

Just wanted to review my experience at Granger.

Short story: best vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had.

Placed order with 1k deposit. Locked in price 6k under MSRP. Zach sent frequent spreadsheet updates on status. Jackie always responded to emails. Catelyn in finance found me an excellent rate and extended warranty. Brittney picked me up from the airport. Javan welcomed me in the dealership and had me sign in 2 places. Ashleigh took a picture of me and my buddy in the lot getting ready to head 1800 miles home:

Fiancee is in as much love with the jeep as I am:

All safe and sound (and clean-ish) in the driveway at the beach!

All I can say is a huge THANK YOU to @zach@granger and his incredible team. You're doing things right my friend. This is the future of automotive sales, and 99.99% of other dealerships are living in the stone age.
