TFL just came out with a comparison of the Wrangler 392 vs Defender V6. Interesting video!

Jeep should have put 35" tires on this car lol, but whatever...the jeep 392 is going to require like premium 93 fuel right? I'm so used to using 87 on the wranglers and whatnot haha

This Jeep edition should have been produced with 37" MT tires on appropriate wheel sizes, but i get Jeeps liabitlity concerns.

Speed limitation is probably due to the tire type/ratings.

Perhaps we might want to look into an E-85 c for this Jeep. Don't know if this is possible without a supercharger, experts chime in if you would please!

Probably trying to get a reaction/attention from Jeep, the Jeep community, or Ford Bronco enthusiasts. Seems like they didn't get much of it.

Great concept and possibly value, but the new Ford Bronco release is the most poorly executed and misrepresented(possibly criminally so if pursued aggressively)product release I’ve ever witnessed.

Yep, I'll be removing that limiter for sure.....

I will also, but caution to the wind. It will become unstable at very high speeds. you be good to it and it will be good to you!

Not sure anything over 99MPH is recommended in a wrangler, especially if there is a crosswind. Stability is not a strong suit for these vehicles. YMMV!!

Also tire rating. But whatever make one happy. FR as I know we ain’t coming back.

Does anyone really believe the LR V8 Defender can hit 149mph without the electrical system failing?

(intended as sarcasm... had the LR on my shortlist with the Bronco until the floods of issues, especially with electrical known to plague Land Rover, began to hit the internet. Yeah, some Jeeps have issues, but it's the devil I know, and in 30 years of Jeeps, never had one with any major issues (not caused by me )

It’s almost as if the ghost of Lucas Electrics, "The Prince of Darkness” is still plaguing English-made vehicles. I had an LR3 many years ago that had more than its share of electronic gremlins. Which reminds me of some Lucas classics:
