Dropped off my Earl Grey 24 (392)

Well slowly but surly, ARH owner called me and said it would be 3 more weeks. SUCKS but it is what it is. So we are bypassing headers and finishing build. going to be a bitch to get them in but we will do it somehow. In the mean time PSC is in and some brackets had to be made up to move some other parts around to make it all fit right. PSC shorted a couple fittings and gave a wrong size on another. But it's all coming together. Cant believe it S&B finally supplied tracking number today. so I got that coming. Rear AXLE is in and inner fenders are getting mocked up to be cut to fit the area. Does not quite fit nice with lift kit. But it being modified slightly to work. We swapped out ARTEC inner fender

Note to self: Never buy a used Jeep.
Most Jeeps are 1 owner and it's usually an older lady that would never drive it off road. I mean, that's how I would list mine and it's still on paper plates.

BTW OP, that is going to be awesome.

If you don't want THUMBNAIL sized pics......
After you click on ATTACH FILES and you SELECT the pic you want, the pic should appear in commit field.....inside that newly displayed small pic, click on INSERT and select FULL IMAGE.
Looks like you have figured that out in a couple of previous posts.

Front axles are prepped and in place. Things are coming together. Thing look like I should have her back next week. Thank god. It's been a project. went in OCT 1st and we been waiting like crazy to get her back. They are doing a bang up job and have taken a lot of pride and effort in this build. Very happy with the progress. So is not always bad as long as it's done right.

Well the 42x13.5x20 will not fit the jeep with the EVO lift at 4.5 inches at full compression. Have to step back to 40's but Nitto does not make a 40x13.5x20 for whatever reason. So I had to go with TOYO Open country. Still a good tire. Only thing I run on my F250 SUPER DUTY. Just wanted to share if anyone with thinking of getting crazy with a bigger tire. Even with a 2 Inch wheel spacer it still was only 1/8 inch clearance to the frame. So better safe than sorry. Stepping back down to 40s. Other than that everything is coming together and I should have it back Friday. Been a long road but we are almost done.

Front Bumper prep pics Video will not let me upload.

OK the day is finally coming. I was told I should finally have my baby back after over 3 months of work, trial and error, waiting on parts, powder coating, paint work and all the holidays.

Holy crap batman. Who is doing the work? Would you be comfortable sharing the invoice afterward and everything you ended up with? Im curious to the overall cost of this upgrade.

Congratulations, I bet you are ready. Have watched my Shop do several builds similar to yours since you started.

if you scroll up on this list you will see the upgrades. should be 1st post. I will ask the guys if they mind about sharing costs. Really not something a business would like blasted out like that on internet.

I saw the first post. I read through it all and noticed there were changes due to the 42s. I know build can change quite a bit as well over time.

The 42 is just very close. Completely slammed it was only about 1/8 clearance from the frame. So we went back down to 40s to be safe. it would have been fine on the street but going off road would have just been a little too close for comfort.

Here is the progress today. Looks like 1 or 2 more days
