I bought my 25 FE from Colorado and it came with that on the front as that state requires a front tag if you own a vehice there.

Since I am int NM it was promptly removed along with the double D's front bumper cones. It looks so much better now!. My apologies to those who live in states that force you to have a front tag it really distracts and clutters up the front bumper.
