I had a bent pushrod on #6 at about 9000 miles and a few other problems but I'll still buy another one when this one gets some miles on it. Nothing like a Jeep with a 392 attached to it. I drive it every day and love it. I switched from a Grand Cherokee with the 5.7 so there was a bit more wind noise. So I insulated it from front to back and the doors. That made a big difference. And yes I had the hemi tick from the first day I drove it but after the pushrod ordeal I haven't heard it. I do put a bottle of STP in my oil after each change though. I'm a steadfast STP freak since the 60s. So all in all I wouldn't have anything else to drive from home outside of Dallas to my home in Colorado and all of my remote driving up there. It IS the perfect 4wd. And no, my wife isn't too crazy about it but this is MY ride.

Tell more about how you sound insulated your Jeep?
Did you pull all seats, remove carpet and Dynomat (or similar product)?
I plan on sound treating mine as well.

Ditto- I used dynomat for my JK and it makes a big difference on sound. Looking at “sound skinz” for 392 but curious what else @johrich did.
