had my Hellcat done by Chuck a few yrs ago.....super knowledgeable guy and very professional

Price has gone up a good bit and is of no surprise really.....cost a lot less than dealing with potential theft

Just to update. I have had the IGLA on my TRX for almost 2 years and 392 for about 1 year no issues. For me remote start was a must. I opted to not get it on my F150 I just picked up .... because there are a dime a dozen, I will give the Ford protect option a chance...

A buddy of mine designed a 3D-printed cap to protect the metal prongs and prevent debris from getting in. Thought it might be handy for some of you guys and wanted to pass the information along.

Hi everyone!! 👋
Wow, I’m blown away by this! Thanks for sharing and for the kind words!

The design has been updated this past week, so the fit and finish is even better now. If anyone ever has any issues with a cap, let me know! I’ll drop a new one in the mail for you!

Thanks for supporting my passion to design and build products!! Maybe one of these days I’ll have a garage big enough for a 392. 😄

Matt

just ordered the caps......nice addition to my routine

It is an outdated primitive setup that costs $12 to manufacture and 10 seconds to bypass. It stops nothing but an inexperienced individual. Even if by chance it fooled them, you will have no working keys. For the naysayers, I will gladly show you how to bypass your own with a free harbor freight multimeter or a wire hooked to a 5 amp fuse and your battery. They have been lying and fooling people for decades

Hope you enjoy them! :D I think I tossed in a surprise "blue cap" also for you.
I saw that...yes they work perfectly.....may gift one to a new R owner....one point the original keyring hoop from the Ravelco plug and D ring is too small to link both together without adding another link....is the tab on your cap was just a smidge longer it would work perfectly

I want to revisit this with a few thoughts..

I have two Jeep Wranglers - one with IGLA and the other now with Ravelco. I bought the IGLA and had it installed first and then decided to go the cheaper route with Jeep #2 and get the Ravelco instead. What a mistake.

The Ravelco installed here in AZ using their come to the house service. Installer was a pompous AZZ. He came to the house to do the install and as he was beginning pointed to Jeep #1 and asked if I wanted a Ravelco in that one as well. No thanks I told him as I have IGLA installed.

This guy went on an hour long tirade as he did the install about how much he hated IGLA and how much the product sucked. Russian hackers/money thieves/crooks/etc...

Once someone does something like this it is usually a red flag and I should have stopped the install then and there and gone back to IGLA. All I can think is that this is over compensation for something wrong with their own product.

At the end of the day. It is your money and your Choice (maybe things are different in CommieFornia and other similar "states")
A good Igla Installer, and a reputable company. I am sold. I got IGLA and CompustarT13 for both my TRX and 392. For my new F150.... it only a poor man's XLT. I decided since there is nothing fancy and easily to get another one. Did not go Igla on that....I may change my mind...because of the hassle of dealing with Insurance people and my time might offset just getting IGLA on that too.

Sorry he was like that, probably my fault for outing them and their lies on multiple occasions. I showed 2 ravelco owners how fast and easy it is to bypass and blew their minds (yes he recorded one of them) and then proceeded to protecting it correctly (2 TRX’s).
