Power steering pump recall

I'm new to this site.I do have a question regarding the recall. I have a 22 392 XR Stock. I currently have no no codes with Jscan connections are fully seated. if I go in for the recall now and go to 37's do some off-roading down here on the Baja. It is only a two and a half hour drive to he dealer. the one I prefer is more like three. What is the likely hood of having an issue then?My thought process says the issue arises with over size tires and aggressive off-roading. Do i take it back again after some rock climbing?
I suppose the general opinion will be to upgrade to a different P/S system. Not sure how I feel about that. I get it things were designed for things to be a certain way and now problems are occurring because we the end users are modifying the status quo. Just my thoughts.
In my opinion, this too much of a "what if" scenario.
Enjoy your Jeep, don't worry about what could happen. Anything can happen, you can only do your best planning to be prepared. Bring a fire extinguisher, and/or get the connection checked if you want. At the end of the day, enjoy the trip.
The percentage of this "issue" starting a fire is so low. You have a higher percentage of getting a flat tire.

I’m not one to worry or over think. Just was wondering if anyone else felt the way I do about what an inconvenience this is for the what if on Jeeps part. I have vehicle insurance and homeowners. I’ll get the inspection done when it fits into my travels. Thanks for your thoughts.
Im still avoiding the Ram/ Cummings recall. Even though they are offering $500.00 for me to do it.
As an afterthought I hope you will not read my response as being snarky. It’s not ment to be.

So I called to see if they could check out the recall while they were doing the oil change. I was originally told the same thing that if they found a problem, they could not release my vehicle back to me. That seemed insane to me, it’s my vehicle. I was told it was a safety issue., I was told to wait and I will be notified when they have parts available before they inspect it. So fast-forward a few days, I take it in for the oil change and I’m talking to the service guy about what I was told on the phone. He said we cannot keep your Jeep, it’s your vehicle. We will inspect it while it’s here and if it needs to be repaired, we will call you when the parts are in, but you will leave with your Jeep. He said, we’ve done probably 500 inspections so far and not one has failed. So you’re probably good. Mine was inspected and all came back good. So don’t let them tell you they’re gonna keep your Jeep. They cannot!
My 392 has been garage-parked for over 2 years and no fires so I've been a good unknowing guinea pig. This business about parking it outdoors is them doing CYA. Ooo, yeah, I'm shaking in my boots. So serious an issue that they said they couldn't even LOOK at my Jeep until they had parts a month from when I got the notice, and that they would call me to schedule when the parts were available. They called me a month later to schedule me two more weeks out from that. When I did bring it in they said if my Jeep failed the inspection that day, they would have to order the parts and have me bring it back. So, apparently having the parts being available is not the same thing as having the parts on hand at the dealership. I'll grant them that they would not want to stock parts locally when the overwhelming majority of Jeeps would pass inspection and not need them. More evidence that this whole thing sounded more casual than serious. Cha-ching. I think they should have inspected me asap, found me good to go, and condensed the whole dance into one song.

Can we spell LAWYERS, corporate bullshit at its best!

Had my 2022 392 XR inspected yesterday and all was good which is what I expected with 142,000 miles on it. I think the problem would have showed up by now.
