Well that’s embarrassing. Guess I didn’t follow the lines far enough! Lesson learned.
At least they didn’t have to order a new solenoid or keep the Jeep more than a couple hours, I’ll chalk that up to a win!

Agreed. This is actually good reporting by the tech and SA. It can be like pulling teeth to get those guys to spend 30 seconds putting in detials like this. Of course, when it's a warranty claim, they work a little harder to get it right because it will get kicked back without an explanation.
So all of a sudden today, i pressed the performance button, and noticed strangely the sound didnt change, i pressed again to turn on, and no change....checked all the fuses, all look good, I brought it to jeep and they did take about 20 min to look around a bit, but didnt have any time today to continue to explore. I will have to bring it in longer for them to look into this. Curious, i have the ezcat issue, but i have 5k miles on my jeep and it worked fine till this weekend. I highly doubt my issue is as simple as the supply hose not connected to intake, but wondering if i can look for this, or is this supply hose really hidden? any ideas where i can look for this?View attachment 6908

where is this hose attached to on the intake? im 5k miles in and all of a sudden yesterday the performance is now stuck on loudThere you go, they forgot to connect the hose in the factory. The same thing as I had with mine, only on the other side lol
I can’t answer your question. But it could be worse, at least you’re not stuck in drive through mode. LOL!
Here’s a good video showing the vacuum canister / reservoir under the hood. I have no clue where it’s hidden under the hood of the production 392.
Had the same happen. All vacuum lines were ok, light on the switch, and message displayed on dash saying it was functioning. So took it to the dealer. There is an electronic solenoid on top of the rear cross member passenger side that opens and closes the vacuum lines to each actuator. It was getting signal… but not functioning. Replaced it and good to go.
Did solenoid replacement increase your exhaust sound? I’m going through the exact same thing right now in a new to me 2021. I don’t know if mine is stuck in quiet or loud and only care to replace it if it would help get the full performance exhaust experience.Had the same happen. The exhaust valves are set to performance by default..... meaning when vacuum is applied to the actuators they switch to quiet mode. So, if you pull the vacuum lines off the muffler actuators and plug the lines temporarily, it should be in performance mode all the time.
Disclaimer: I have not even looked at he Jeep solenoid...
