Otd cost

This is what I was quoted for the base Jeep, dual door option, black grill, Tow Package, Reinforced Tailgate hinges, trail cam, floor mats, M&S Tires... that's pretty much it. Extended warranty is on the sheet below. No Dealer add-ons or mark-ups other than those listed on the sheet are included.

My dealer informed me that no discounts can be applied, e.g., Employee, Friends & Family, incentive coupons sent from FCA/Jeep etc., so I would think that third party discounts may not make the cut either.
Not true, The dealer I went to the owner is a family friend of ours and he sold me my truck for $1k under msrp. He sold his other allocation for $25k over. So, they can do whatever they want but they know they can make a ton of money on these so they won’t budge.

It's my understanding that FCA reimburses the dealer when the Thread Lightly discount is applied. So, I assume the dealer doesn't lose money by honoring the 1% discount.

Roger that! just passing on what I was told. I bought my TrackHawk from the same dealer (I'm buying the 392 from) in 2017 and the initial order through thier system allowed for a Friends and Family discount but when it came time to run the payment through two months later at delivery for the actuall purchase, their system wouldn't allow the discount. The Dealer demanded full price. After limited negotiation, I wound up paying $600 more than the original discounted aggreement with the Friends and Family Discount settling on the actual invoice price. I paid the increased $600 but the dealer lost in the end. So goes the auto sales business.
