New Order

-Dan Cummins in KY (Lindsay Aldridge)
-Granger in Granger Iowa (Zach)
-Dan Deery in Waterloo IA
-or Chapman in Horsham PA (where I ordered... 4% under invoice and additional -1% for supplier discount .. supplier discount is discontinued)

I want to add.. wherever anyone orders... get a signed POC.
I can no longer recommend Chapman as they are not honoring the original purchase agreement.
All I got for waiting 5 months for it to get here was a price increase

EDIT: Read some of the other posts. Chapman gave me a great deal in the end. Im happy with it. Anyone has any questions about it.. feel free to message me.

Jeep price increase was added to mine since it took forever to get here.
They also did away with affiliates.. although FCA says the Wrangler 392 discount is available again as of yesterday.

I will update this when the deal is done and let you know how much more I'm paying for waiting 5 months for it to get built.

My deal with them is contingent on msrp. If it goes up so does my price. Is this what you’re referring to.

I ordered in August and when the price increase hit.. I specifically asked them if my price would increase.. as to which they responded NO.. it will be as the sold order POC says when ordered. This was confirmed by FCA customer service.

I asked them if anything has changed in October with the affiliates... to which they responded. NO... again.

We will see what the final outcome is.. but as of now I'm sitting almost $2k higher than the sold order POC.

Its still well under msrp.. I'm not bitching about the price.. but I don't like being lied to.

I went ahead and ordered mine locally. Was nervous about purchasing a vehicle out of state. Thank you for the help tho.
I have been waiting on my daily driver vehicle order for 10 months. Still sitting in a warehouse waiting on a ship.
It would drive me nuts to wait a ridiculous amount of time on this one too!
Hopefully you get yours soon!!!!!

Welcome to the forum @Staci - What's your build look like? Do you have a VIN yet?
I ordered mine Monday. No VIN yet. Hopefully soon.
I did silver zynith, XR, Gorilla, Tow, Headliner, front camera and floor mats. I hope I like it.
Can’t wait!!!

That stinks! Did you order anything special on it? The only thing I was going to do was the thicker glass, towing and weather floor mats.
June ‘21 allocated order….GG, tow, XR…supposedly in transit for almost 2 months now. 🤯

June order and in transit for almost 2 months?! WTH?! I’m a mid Aug order and mine has been in transit for a couple weeks. The dealership said it should be at the local train yard by the 16th or 17th. Your dealer should be able to give you a semi accurate arrival date. My salesperson sent me a screen shot of the train transportation info with dates.

Please clarify how you found out the Wrangler 392 is available on the affiliates program. I checked the website just now and no Wranglers are listed, but also realize that it may not have been updated. If you could provide a phone number, website, or other source I would be most appreciative--Thank you.

I’ve been given estimated dealership arrival dates since October. Keeps changing.

Here is the sales manager’s quote when I last asked where the Jeep is:

“The only thing I can tell is that its in transit from Toledo to …..”

He repeatedly claims he can’t see or tell me where it is. If I push, he’ll send a screenshot showing local rail ramp eta that keeps changing. That’s all I get from them.

Jeep sent an update saying pushed back again to 1/15. No word from dealership. Not holding my breath on this one.

Man that’s beyond ridiculous. Sorry you’re going through this.

Nope.
when I ordered mine, it was $78.5k. When it arrived, the sticker was $79.5k. The dealer tried to charge me the newer price. What saved me was the written order from the dealer that I haspd them sign. They tried the “we are now owned by” as they were bought out by another company from date of order to date of delivery.
After some suggested verbiage, they found it in their best interested to honor the $78.5k and all were happy in the hood.

It was removed in October and re-instated a few days ago (Tuesday I believe)

So I wired the money today... final price was 4% under current invoice. They decided not to honor the affiliates although it was confirmed to be available again.. and that I could use it before. Of course there was a lengthy explanation.
The communication wasnt good.. up until today. They offered me a Lyft from the airport when I come in next week.. so that was real decent.
I should add it took them 2 days to tell me it was there... and no pictures.. no nothing from them. ( I asked Tuesday with no response.. asked again Thursday) Then another day.. 2 unanswered emails and no return phone call to get me a final price.

Overall great price.. most seem like real decent people.. maybe just overworked. Im satisfied but not sure I would buy from them again

Happy it all worked out in the end. And thank you for the Affiliates phone number. Would you mind providing a little more detail on why they didn't honor the Affiliates pricing (although that pricing is 1% under invoice and you did better than that--though on my last Jeep I got Affiliates pricing and a further discount). The main reason I ask is that my understanding is the dealer gets reimbursed from Chrysler as though the sold the vehicle at MSRP, so I'm wondering why it seems that your selling dealer potentially left money on the table.

I wish I knew. I asked them again today via email. Maybe a written explanation will make more sense.

:EDIT:
He says it falls below FPP pricing and FCA wont reimburse them. Fwiw it was below FPP on my first POC in August.

Whatever.. Just glad to get into it finally.. and fortunate someone is selling below invoice at all.

I got some additional intel today. Both from a Jeep dealer, and from some posts on other boards. Don't know that any of this is accurate but just putting it out there.

1) When a dealer honors affiliates pricing, they get reimbursed by Stellantis but not for the full difference between MSRP and 1% under invoice--they get more than 1%, but less than the full spread.
2) Stellantis apparently audited a high volume dealer, and they had to refund Stellantis a fair amount of money (~250K) for violations of the affiliates program--in this case, it sounds like it was selling for even less than 1% under sticker. (This would explain why dealers offering a better deal don't care about doing the affiliates thing--it could come back to bite them.)

9 weeks in.
Supposedly in “C status” which is a “tentative schedule”- they didn’t say what it was dependent on. Ordered numerous vehicles and this is by far the most frustrating
