So I got a kind of an update from the Dealer. It’s in a holding pattern right now. It’s actually been escalated to Engineering. They think it’s a one off meaning no one else has ever had this problem and they have no fix for the solution as of right now, they think it might be software related so they may have to rewrite some software could take a week could take till 2027

If you're willing to wait, I'd at least expect them to give you a loaner during that time. Or ask for a trade-in on something you want.

Not sure what I would do , not sure I want another jeep or fca product at all , they gave me a loaner finally , but I made they very aware this is not a Lic for everyone to dragged their feet , told them they have till end of sept , or I’m taking the jeep back and getting a lemon law lawyer
