Defender V8 v Jeep 392 v AMG G63 v X7 M50: DRAG RACE

I'm telling you... even when it was under warranty it still became an incredible pain in my ass how often I found myself at the dealer. I wish warranty covered my time as well as the mechanics' :)
And just when i found a new range that was perfect...idk... i might just go for the grand wag. Spending this chunk of change just seems ridiclous.

Interesting video. Just to comment on what some are saying here, I have a non-XR 392 and have clocked it at 4 flat 0-60 with the stock 33's and 4.2 with the 35's I added. The thing absolutely rips off the line and is pretty fun overall. I have surprised a few Chargers and Challengers off the line. As for comparisons to the Bronco there really is none. I own a two door Badlands Sasquatch and it just cannot be compared to the 392 (392 is superior). I love both, but definitely find myself driving the 392 around town more just to have some stop light fun. With that being said, the Bronco rides great and in comparison to my 2 door JL, its road manners are far better and I can go over 80 comfortably without feeling like I am floating. I have yet to do any serious off roading in the Bronco to compare it to my 2 door JL, but I suspect by JL will win out in that area as well. Regardless I am happy Ford brought it back which birthed the very existence of the 392 and XR. Competition is great for the consumer.
