Console 392 or JEEP decor?

So, this means both (silver ad gold) didn't get the 80th anniversary plaque.
Well so far the trend appears to be that those 2021 392s with the correct (gold) data plates did not receive the 80th anniversary plaque. My 2021 Jeep has the incorrect (silver) data plate on the tailgate and the 80th anniversary plaque on the center console. Would be interesting for more 2021 owners to post the cofigurations of their Jeeps as far as data plates and anniversary plaques is concerned. Be interesting to see if there is a corrolation between incorrect data plates and the presence of the 80th anniversary plaque.

2021 with silver plate and no plaque. It was delivered last May.

Well so far it appears that my Jeep is the only one with the 80th anniversary plaque, that sure is odd.

Can you share a picture of the whole center piece to see if there is anything else different from ours please?

I'm not noticing anything else that is different compared to the first photo posted in this string or others afterward, but please check these photos out and see if there might be something I'm missing. Perhaps something others have that that mine doesn't? I'm not understanding why some of the photos are uploading sideways though.

Thanks! Yeah, the only difference I notice is that plaque. I don't think the 392 was considered an 80th edition even though other 2021 Wranglers were. Very likely you got lucky and either someone just picked an 80th edition by nistake, or they ran out of the non-plaque pieces and put one with the plaque in yours.

Alrighty then, another "misprint" like the silver data plate for my Jeep!:D. Wondering how many more little items like that I might find?

I bought the Ebay (original mopar, but they go on the sides of the 80th ed Jeeps) and found an inside spot for each.

They are glued, so I can remove them if I don't like them

Greetings. I have a 2021 with the (incorrect) silver plate and Did Not receive the 80th anniversary plaque 🤷‍♂️

Jeep was ordered in ~Oct/Nov 2020 and was delivered May 2021...

The only thing that bothers me is the 392 emblems I can find online are all for the dodge 392s, Jeep 392 has its own font/style.
I dont see enough difference in font to care. Any idea if there are smaller ones available? I could get a buddy to cut vinyl but the raised numbers would be so much better.

Ordered my 392XR September 2021 and picked it up in December. Correct back plate (thankfully) but no 80th anniversary plaque. Sounds like they had some left over they decided to use up on a few lucky 392’s. Will add to the mystique of what will probably turn out to be a short production run vehicle.

I ordered mine on February 18th and received it on May 19th.

🤔 Surley mine isn't the only one...

When I get the moment, I want to pull it apart and see what is I Der there. I’m hoping enough void to insert a carbon holster.

I'd like to see a plaque to put in the rear like the diesel guys get.

Ok you innovative or 3D laser printer guys, a thought or question…..
This spot, as circled below View attachment 4592View attachment 4593in red, on the center console, just fwd of the cup holders, seems ripe for some type of stick-on decor. Seems it would be a great spot to have a “392” (as on our hoods) or “JEEP” decal, or 3D piece. Presumably applied with double-sided tape. Anyone seen such an offering, or have ideas/suggestions?
Or a bass volume knob for added subwoofer system.....just saying.
