I wouldn’t have paid 2.5 k over asking price. When I picked mine up today, the dealership owner said it breaks his heart to sell for the agreed amount of 2.5k over MSRP. He said he could easily get 40k over MSRP and is now his asking price for any new allocations. He said I could turn around and sell it for 50k over what I paid easily. I’m not so certain of any of this BS.
What color & options did you order?I ordered mine through a dealership in Taylor, TX.

Thanks to JeepnJam and Ngcannotwait - I just ordered a Black 392 from Preston in TX (423-315-7405) and he was extremely professional and responsive. Given my alternatives here in CO, I saved a bundle and I get to have a long weekend with my sweetie in Austin and a fun drive back to CO! Preston gave us some great ideas on where to stay and figured out our transportation from Austin to the dealership.Yup I ordered mine from Preston too. Lol. Cant wait to get some Texas Brisket!!
Maybe we will all get to pick them up at the same time. Glad I could help! Thanks to JeepnJam

They come fairly loaded out as is so I kept it pretty basic on extras. I went with the Sarge Green color, towing package and mopar floor mats. I like to take my Jeeps offroad and I was worried about the durability of one touch top on trails here in Tennessee, so I stuck with the regular hard top. What color & options did you order?
Nice find. MSRP and a ride? I’m a bit jealous. Thanks to JeepnJam

They told me that BS when we bought our PT cruiser. NOPE - MSRP or I’m OUT. Paid MSRP![]()
Not trying to cause any trouble, but I'm a little confused. Ng, you ordered from Preston and he said he'd sell to you for sticker but at a different price............for Riddler? I'm thinking about ordering from him(seeing all the good reviews)........but I just want to know what it's gonna truly end up being upfront.A bit over MSRP, but reasonable and a great deal compared to what I could find within 1500 miles of Colorado.
I think I was one of the first buyers to pay a ‘small’ ADM at Preston’s dealership. The owner apparently thinks they were one of the only dealers in the country not adding an ADM. Preston was transparent and apologetic. Compared to what I was seeing in CO, I consider the all-in price fair. Call Preston and talk to him - I am sure he will be transparent. For me, it was the best deal I could find by a large margin and it is worth the trip to TX to pick it up.Not trying to cause any trouble, but I'm a little confused. Yes Riddler & 392NY212 - Preston messaged me the other day to say they are now up charging a bit. I concur that everyone needs to speak personally w/ Preston to see where they land. Things can change w/ time but as Riddler - I have found Preston to be very transparent and upfront about all our dealings. I’m so glad you got a great deal Riddler... cannot wait for you (and me - us all honestly) to get our Jeep’s and begin our new journey. I’m so glad Preston could help you in your journey. I was lucky to be in the right place at the right time. I ordered my Jeep through Preston several weeks ago. Since that time FCA started limiting allocations of the 392 to dealerships - so his dealership like many others are now charging over MSRP.Not trying to cause any trouble, but I'm a little confused. nice 2 4bangers next to each other - good thing you are upgrading since those horrific 2.5L dogs you once droveThey come fairly loaded out as is so I kept it pretty basic on extras. When I ordered this Jeep it was originally intended to be mine, but I've decided I can't part ways with my Gladiator. So, my Wife's Subaru Outback is going and she's getting the 392 for her daily. Her first car was a 5 speed green YJ so she's pretty excited!

There's her YJ and my TJ when we were in High School
Preston called and said my order (which I placed late on Friday afternoon) was ’pulled’ this afternoon. I don’t know what this means exactly (no VON/VIN that I am aware of), but Preston said it was the fastest he had seen on a 392. I appreciated the call and will take it as good news.I was lucky to be in the right place at the right time. I ordered my Jeep through Preston several weeks ago. just like NG mentioned above Preston has been upfront and easy to work with through this entire process. I would recommend giving him a call direct to see what kind of deal he can work for you. (423) 315-7405
