Air Conditioning issues.

I tried disconnecting the fresh air blend door wire harness to force recirculate all the time. I still get 3-4 seconds of cold air loss on deceleration. I suspect the ac compressor is programmed to turn off for some reason. I can repeat the issue over an over cruising at 40-45 then decelerating for a red light on my commute.

I know this is an older thread. Found it by google search. I have a 2026 that does exactly as the OP’s.

We mainly do in town driving 75% of the time. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. Just goes from ice cold to Luke warm off and on the whole time we drive it.

Just wanted to chime in. I’ll get it to the dealer soon and check back in after.

I’m on my third (and last) 392 and all three have done the same exact thing. I guess it’s just one of those POS Jeep things. I’ve owned at least 10 Jeeps over my lifetime and I am done with the brand.
